I haven't received a response from my last 3 emails to the company regarding my order that was placed back on April 21st 2024, as of this post it has been 77 days and my order is still not ready.Initial Complaint

The transaction date is December 29th, 2022. I paid a total of $283.48 for a specialized Xbox gaming controller. This business was committed to sending me a customized Xbox controller in 8 weeks from the purchase date. I ordered at the end of December and by mid-April, I still have not received my order. I have been in contact with them requesting the status of my order. I have been given multiple excuses as to why they cannot give me a definitive answer about my order. Excuses like, Ill check on that tomorrow. and I didnt have enough time to check. Ill do it later. After doing the back and forth, I have requested a full refund. I was told by this company that I would received a full refund with a confirmation email asap. Hours later, I still havent received an email and the company isnt responding to my messages. I placed an order with this business in November of 2022 stating it will take 7 weeks to deliver. After 7 weeks I got excuse after excuse on why product was not shipped. I asked for a refund said it takes 3-7 days and after 10 days- still no refund and more excuses. I just want my money returned and this business held accountable. I have an email chain as evidence if needed.
