I receive a notification from Swaddles Baby via email to finish my purchase. While it was sent to my email the name on it said *****************. I contacted the customer service department and asked them to remove my email from the fraudsters account, and I asked them to also flag the account because if the person was attempting to fraud me then they may do it to someone else as well. The representative told me it was most likely a type, to which I said greg125 and greg521 (for example) is a typo, not my email address which is a different name. I then asked for a supervisor to which ******* said there is none, I ask who is in charge then and ******* said I just told you no one.
