To this date - no phone call -no resolve.$1163.20 given to them and nothing repaired!!

      Service was 12/11/23 I paid $150 cash, with a receipt being emailed to me. I called a Jersey Coast Appliance man because my dishwasher was not getting any water and kept shutting off. He was here 5 minutes and said problem was fixed. We said, no leak? Its getting water? Yes to both. He leaves and the dishwasher was running. A few minutes later, the dishwasher shuts off, he comes back and is here and says its working fine. He leaves, a few minutes later the dishwasher shut off again. I called Jersey Coast and the woman was extremely rude, said he would have to return another day. Then she called back and was extremely rude and says that the problem he was called for was fixed. The woman keeps saying the leak was what he was called for, that is not true. He said when he was under there, he saw a slight leak and fixed it but the issue was no water and the unit turning off. The woman at Jersey Coast was not being cooperative so I hung up and am filing this complaint. I want my money returned it the repairman to return and fix what he was suppose to.

      I have purchased multiple Amana Products from Jersey Coast Appliance, ********** New Jersey *****. ************. I purchased an Amana washer on 03/2022. Model# NTW4516FW3, Serial# *********. I have had to have someone come and service it on 3 occasions. Most recently I was told the Transmission is shot and needs to be replaced. I am 82 years old and have been hunched over my sink washing my cloths since it stopped running on 09/10/22. I do not drive and have no other assistance. I would like a NEW APPLIANCE delivered immediately. I cannot be having this appliance breaking down every other week. I spent a lot of money for this product $675.00. This product is under manufacturers warranty. I was told it is Whirlpools problem not Jersey Coast Appliance. That I had to call them. When I called them they said it is Jersey Coasts Appliance who has to contact their tech line so they can resolve the problem. I need immediate assistance. This is ridiculous I am 82 years old just trying to get my washer to work. Jersey Coast said they had to order a new transmission and they booked a followup appointment for 9/28/22 hoping the part would be in by then. I am tired of waiting on parts. I went to a store to buy a new washer and it has been nothing but a problem. I will never buy another Amana product again. And I will leave a review as such on their website. Can someone please help me.

      **************, we are doing everything possible to resolve this issue for you. As I explained to you yesterday we have ordered parts for your washer and will be back to do the repair as soon as it comes in. The manufacture will not exchange the washer if it has not been deemed unrepairable. Your warranty is for repair and we will certainly do whatever we can to help with that
