      TERRIBLE NEW CAR BUY EXPERIENCE The dealership provided misleading information about the terms of my lease during the negotiation process. When I requested to see the lease agreement before signing it, I was told it couldnt be printed out until it was finalized and signed. In the weeks that followed, they refused to answer my follow up questions about the signed lease.They messed up the process of getting my permanent registration prior to the 30-day expiration period of my temporary registration. This left me without a valid registration, and it stranded me out of state for two weeks. They ignored all of my calls to ask for their help to fix this. I had to get a NJ MVC Investigator to go there to get them to act. To top it off, when the ** investigator asked them why they were ignoring me, they said it was because I hired a lawyer, but they started to ignore me for weeks before I got a lawyer involved.They did not pay off the lease on my trade-in until 20 days after the trade-in. This caused the leasing company to start charging me late fees on my lease account and to warn me about possible collection notices.Overall, it was a nightmare dealing with them and their employees in the **************** and ************************** They just didnt care to provide help. Finally, after six weeks of torture, I was able to get the General Manager involved and he worked to resolve their mess-**** Still, it didnt make up for the torture they put me through.I would stay away from this dealer, especially *********** (****). I dont think he would recognize the truth if it slapped him in the face.

      Went to dealer with capitol one financing and a quoted price of ***** on a mini van, this is a scam as they lure you in then add over **** dollars in prep and service fees the biggest was **** prep fee, I have bought cars off capitol one site before and though there may be a few dollars difference this dealership really adds it on expect to pay at least 2k more than advertised price.

      Very good service and really nice waiting area. The service manager communicated the timing well and came out to explain some other services which were due especially with my car sitting alot over the last 3 years or from hitting too many pot holes when I did drive. Highly recommend for getting great car repairs or just your typical oil change.

      Great experience!!My service advisor was extremely helpful, courteous and very informative. It was my first time there but they treated me like family.They made it possible to drop and pick up my car..they care!!! Excellent service dep!

      I had bitter experience today with the dealership. Went in to get the oil change done and walked out with an Engine light on. It magically came up and the Service advisor has not at all been helpful to explain it. He made ton of recommendations that nearly cost over $1500. In addition, breaks and rotor replacement was recommended to do immediately while another Honda dealership said breaks and resurfacing of rotors (less than half the cost) is enough. Response and treatment are extremely bad. I would caution anyone that plan on using this dealership service.

      My son had an appointment there today for a recall on an airbag. Got there on time and gave them the keys and they had the car for a 1/2 hour. Then the service department person **** informed him they didnt have the part yet. No PHONE CALL to let him know before he took time off of work even though the appointment was confirmed via call and email. Then, mysteriously upon leaving the dealership the car completely BROKE and the brake pedal fell to the floor! He was immediately offered a cash deal to purchase the used car as is.Perhaps there is no connection to the occurrence but it seems like a strange coincidence to happen especially during a car shortage. Just a heads up.*My son went back later today because he was promised $1500 for his car by *****.Signed paperwork and at the last moment the sales person *** lowered the price to buy the car too $1000 and said he would give him $2000 if he bought a new car. My son walked out. SCAMMERS! Id stay far away from this place and word of mouth will travel. Will NEVER buy a new car here or a Honda now for that matter. Bad bad bad look for a business.

      I got a 2015 *** from these people and what a nightmare. I was hesitant to buy it but assured the car will be inspected and repaired. I'm not satisfied with the brake job and it has other problems with it. I feel they didn't inspect or knows the problems to charge me extra either way I was done wrong with this car, very untrusting car dealership.
