On Thursday September 19th my brand new year old car with only ****** miles on it started to smoke and leak oil. I was a half hour away from home. I called the dealership asking for help but I got met with "if you can get your car towed here in 11 minutes, but the gate closes so you have to wait until 8am." I ended up calling the closest dealership to me and they let me drop off my car that night. The ******** dealership then called Friday morning and were super helpful when it came to having my car looked at. I called my dealership where I bought the car to again explain to them I need a rental and need help with this situation and that Freehold couldn't provide me with a loaner car. Haldeman was giving different information saying if my car could get towed to them they could provide me with a loaner car. I kept asking for help even after contacting corporate to get the car towed from one dealership to the other. It's been a giant issue with Haldeman and because of them taking days to get back to me I missed the window and had to get a rental. My car malfunctioned due to a manufacture error and now I'm dealing with insane issues for days with no resolution. Before this when I bought the car after a major car accident they told me they took care of the registration with my old license plate. They didn't inform me at all that using my old license plate meant I would have to get the car renewed from the old car. My car almost got impounded for not being registered even though it is BRAND NEW! They also messed up with apr right when I first got the car and had me come back and sign new papers. They even didn't break down a certain part I paid extra for in regards to oil changes for the year and now I'm going to loose them! I want to be reimbursed for everything from them! I am EXTREMELY upset with this and I am overwhelmed. This dealership has been absolutely an issue!Initial Complaint

We purchased a 2021 ****** Ascent from the dealership and have had the car into the service for numerous issues this year (2023) which include requiring a completely new center system (radio, navigation, etc) and a new transmission. And now need a new radio/center console again. The service station has not only not taken our concerns seriously over this period but has caused us to miss work numerous days and refused a loaner of equal size. We have asked repeatedly and been left waiting for hours in the service area due to manager meetings. At this time I am writing about the poor service experienced and the lack of resolutions to our constant issues with their product.Business response

i believe it probably happened after they washed my car.One of the problems and repairs i needed that day was my drivers side window wouldn't work at all so ***** came out and he looked at the drivers side controls and then the passenger side window controls.Anyway during this process ***** saw that i had NO RIPS OR TEARS IN MY DRIVERS SIDE CAR SEAT.When my car was returned to me in had a rip in the drivers side and before i left i brought ***** out to show him. He said that they have a guy that comes out and fixes this. Anyway i have called numerous times.One time it was ***** isn't at his desk, another time he was out sick. Anyway i had a medical test yesterday so on the way home i stopped in. ***** wasn't in again they took my number. i can't get a straight answer.They also make repairs without asking you. They put in a new filters. I said ***************** did that already. Haldeman said the filter was dirty. I don't know who is lying. Not like they brought it out and showed me.Business response

Haldeman Ford & ****** has no knowledge of this issue. The repair order makes no mention of a damaged seat, and for that matter, no indication of a problem with the drivers side window. The last repair order we have on record is dated January 4th of this year which is over one month ago. **** has not been with our company since the end of January. With all that said, ********************* will be available to review the concern and work with our service manager toward some resolution. I am rejecting this response because: They used **** parts in my foreign car which is a ****** and when they gave my car back to me they ripped my drivers side car seat. **** saw that after i brought him outside to see it. He saw it was fine when i first got there and then it wasn't. He said that they have a guy that comes over to fix things like that but that's all i get. Now the rip is getting worse and all i get is the run around.

I am rejecting this response because: i have been trying to resolve this problem for just about a year now. They ripped my leather driver's side seat and won't made restitution. they say they called me but that is a lie because i have caller id on both phones and no one from there has called or left messages. i just went over there Friday, November 10, 2023 and asked for ****. They said to have a seat. After waiting for several minutes no one came and i had another appointment so i had to leave. I left a message with what it was about and my name and phone number and again no one called. They can say whatever they want BUT IT IS VERY EASY TO PROVE THAT THEY ARE LYING. TELL THEM IF THEY DON'T GET BACK TO ME I MAY HAVE TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. THIS BLUNDER OF THEIRS(DAMAGE) IS $500- 1, **** IN DAMAGES . THEY FIRED SOMEONE OVER IT , MAYBE FOR ADMITTING TO IT BUT THAT DOESN'T FIX MY CAR.
