      While I have been successfully paying for my subscription via my bank's online bill pay system for many years, my most recent payment has not been properly credited and my paper delivery has been stopped. I have sent them copies of the proof of payment from my bank for the last two payments, the first of which was properly credited but they have yet to resolve the issue.(For some reason, the paper changed my account number without telling me but several payments were properly credited since that change.)

      September 7, 2022 check to times newspaper for $141.00 for home delivery of the paper newspaper. Since keeping track of my delivery problem have not received a newspaper on the following dates: Sept. 21,22,23,25,26,27,28,29. October 1,3,4,5,8,9,10,11,13,14.Have received the paper on the following dates: Sept.24, 30, October 2,6,7,12 I have called every day about my delivery problem with no success. They say that a paper will be delivered but it does not arrive. They claim to credit my account for missing papers. I was told that my credits run until Dec.24. I was told that a manager would contact me to settle the issue. No response either by phone or e-mail.

      We are 7 day/week subscribers for home delivery of the paper edition of the Times of Trenton. Since September 15, 2022 we have received the paper only 3 times; once by 7:30 a.m., once at 1:30 in the afternoon, and once at about 3:30 in the afternoon. I have called the customer service line to report the missing paper every time, and have been assured that the paper will be delivered later that day and the carrier will be contacted and the problem resolved. According to the customer service people, there is no way to redirect my call to a district manager, nor for me to contact the company which actually provides the carriers. I have requested a return call from a manager and the carrier company with no result. I have emailed several times laying out the problem and requesting a response; only an automated return email has been received. I have been told that they will credit my account, but have no idea whether or not this has been done. I want my newspaper delivered every morning as contracted for.

      Receive The Times of Trenton every morning, delivery is great. My complaint is the color/black & white print. Pictures are all distorted, letters are unreadable at times. I have contacted The Times on two occasions not so much as to complain, but to let them know of this issue, but it continues. My issue and complaint is I'm paying for a newspaper that I cannot read at times. (A little help maybe),
