    I purchased my vehicle and immediately when I went to take delivery the air conditioning controller did not work. The dealer set up a time for me to come back and replace the unit very disappointing on a brand new $90,000 truck however I cannot blame the dealer. In the meantime, I realize that all of the accessories that were to be Installed by the dealer were not installed so I set up a time for those to be installed as well. On the day of my appointment I went in first thing in the morning for what shouldve been a 2 to 3 hour job. I did not leave the dealership until 6 oclock at closing time. I was also told by the dealer that some of the factory accessories were impossible to be installed, which I literally did myself in about five minutes. I also made the dealership aware of the fact that one of the seat retaining clips was loose, and I had fixed it myself multiple times and was clearly in need of a replacement part. They assured me it was fixed, but much to my dismay. It popped off again about 10 minutes later as they had just done the same repair of clipping it back on that I had multiple times.I would not get service done at a dealership that is incapable of installing a factory accessory because it proves incompetence if they cant install a light, I definitely would not entrust them with my vehicle for a major repair. Additionally, they screwed me over as at the time of my trade-in. They did not report to DMV and therefore caused a lapse in insurance coverage on my trade-in vehicle resulting in me paying a $200 fine in order to get my registration which was transferred to my new vehicle reinstated (Ill patiently wait for a check in the mail to make up for that.) My sales person was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend him If he were to work at a different dealership, As for the dealership, I definitely will not be returning there in the future And I do not recommend that you show up at all.
