            I bought a car a few weeks ago. They called me to inform me that the vehicle's plates had arrived. On Saturday, July 20, 2024, I went to the VW of Union dealership, and they asked for the keys to install the plates. However, they never told me they were going to drill into the bumper or use poor-quality screws. When I saw the work, they had used a bracket and made four holes and two scratches on the car I had bought from them. I asked them to fix the problem, and they told me that when I bought the vehicle, I accepted that they could make any modifications, and even claimed that Volkswagen approved of it and that all the other vehicles were the same. Indeed, all the vehicles had a poorly done installation, but that doesn't mean it's acceptable. Just because others don't complain doesn't mean it's right. Now, as I try to install the proper bracket, I see those four holes that damaged the bumper, and they aren't even aligned.

            I HAVE ALWAY THOUGHT THE DEALER RIPPED PEOPLE OFF WITH THE ***** PRICES TO REPAIR YOUR CAR . I FINALLY TOOK MY ** TO THE DEALER FOR SERVICE DUE TO THE ISSUES I WAS HAVING. LONG STORY SHORT, I HAD TO RETURN MY CAR SEVERAL TIMES, BECAUSE THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. HERE IS THE KICKER, THE LAST TIME I RETURNED TO CAR FOR THE SAME ISSUE , THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL AND SAID KEEP IT UNTIL WE REPAIR YOUR CAR. WELL DURING THAT TIME, THE DEALERSHIP WAS SOLD, AND THE OLD OWNERS DEMANDED , THE VERY **** MANAGER **** TO GET ALL RENTAL BACK "WE ARE NOT GOING TO INSURE THEM" MIND YOU MY CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED. SO I RETURN THE RENTAL AND MY CAR WAS RETURNED TO ME WITH SAME ISSUE I PAID ******* FOR .. IT GETS BETTER... SO I GET A CALL FROM ****, HE TELLS ME THE DEALERSHIP WILL NO LONGER COVER THE REPAIRS THAT ARE NEEDED, SO NOT ONLY AM I OUT OF ******* AND THE CAR NOT FIXED.. I HAVE TO START FROM SCRATCH AND MAKE WHAT COULD BE ANOTHER VERY BIG PAYMENT TO FIX MY CAR... IF IT WAS FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, I WOULD NOT BE HERE.... THIS IS KRAZY AND NOT FAR, PLEASE HELP ... FOR THE RECORD THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION ON THE SERVICE MANAGER **** , HE HAS BEEN GREAT..... WHO ELSE CAN I REPORT THIS TOO
