Just want to give a shout out to ****** Bardi who installed my Navien tankless water heater. He did an excellent job and we are enjoying endless hot water. I needed to get the permit from the township but there some were issues with the paperwork. ****** was quite amenable and patient in assisting me with this paperwork even though he had already been paid. Many contractors would not have taken the time to do this. Great customer service, great plumber. Will be using him as my go to plumber from now on.Review from Marilyn S

I am a senior & I believe i was taken advantage of Bardi was to come out to do the $69.00 A/C tune up & when they arrived they stated that the A/C was not working & it needed 2 ************** They charged $940.00 for the parts (which I checked with another A/C company & was advised those parts only cost around $50.00 each & the freeon should not have been $250.00 only the most $90.00 & I was never informed that they were beginning to charge for fuel. They could not give me an itemized **** at the time but since the temperature was over 100 degrees it was an emergency & had to be done. When I finally called management & spoke to them I was told they then would send me an itemized ****. They said nothing else could be done. I was told that I had 2 places to get an answer which was small claims court or send you a complaint. This company should not get an A+ rating & seniors should not be taken advantage of.
