I found out an order was placed without my authorization with Hobo bags. The order number ***********. I contacted hobo immediately but they said it would ship, I could return it and get a full refund. I do have copies of those emails. I’ve tried calling the hobo customer service line 10 times, no answer each time. I’ve called across 6 different dates, none holidays or weekends. I’ve emailed over ten times. After stating concern their label to ship back didn’t refund all I was told by an employee I would get one. No further responses were provided from any hobo employee. I shipped item back and it returned 1/6/24. No refund has been given, no emails answered, no social media answered, no calls returned. This business is horrible.Initial Complaint

My final straw Hi , I contacted you regarding an order that was well over ****** stating that the material was very very thin of the bag and also the other items in the order were missing so I got partial refund but I have not one thing from this order because the pink metallic ****** bag was ripped when I got it and can't hold anything based on the material. I ended up sending it back like I was told and I still don't have a full refund from April 16 ( name email address included )It was under me or my daughter And I do have traumatic brain injury so I can't remember how you told me to send it back but I am asking for the credit for the damaged bag as I was promised I would have once it was in transit because I was so upset and I also got yelled at for waiting too long to report this but I stated my sister was in the hospital and has brain surgery I've ordered many times never had a problem and never saw anything so flimsy and possible used. I don't want to report to BBB so I ask you to credit me what I'm owed please as I'm beyond upset with how I've been treated when I am the paying customer see the photo for the full amount and please credit me for this horrific experience I don't have one item and this is not fair and not like your company too do this to me. Nothing
