Goby provides a very unreliable subscription service and has dishonest customer service reps. April 30th - I was charged for my subscription and received an email stating that I would receive tracking info shortly. May 10th - After not receiving my order or tracking information, I contacted customer service. May 10th - I received a reply stating that they were having an "expected transit delay" and that my order would ship between 5/10 - 5/17. They apologized and stated that they would give **** credit for the hassle. May 18th - Emailed them to let them know my order wasn't delivered & that I still had not received the tracking info. (Did not get a reply.) May 23 - Emailed them again. (Did not get a reply.)May 30th - Emailed them again. Finally received a response. I was told that they are still experiencing a "supply chain shortage" and that my order would ship between 6/2 - 6/10. They apologized and said that I would be given ***** store credit for the hassle. Jun 19th - Still have not received the order or even tracking info. I emailed them to complain. My email was ignored. Jun 30 - Emailed them again. The email was ignored. July 2nd- Finally received my order! Over 60 days late. ....August 30th - My subscription was renewed. I found that I had not been given the 10$ store credit they had said. I was only given a **** store credit. August 31 - Contacted customer service to complain about not receiving the *****$ store credit they promised - my email was ignored. To sum it up, my order was very late. I was told that I was given 10$ store credit for my hassle but was actually only given ****$ store credit. They repeatedly ignored my emails. Everything I have said is true and I have screenshots to back it up.Initial Complaint

In April of 2023, I emailed Goby customer service informing them that the electric toothbrush I purchased from them with a lifetime warranty had stopped charging and was malfunctioning. On April 21, a customer rep replied and said they would utilize the lifetime warranty to send me a new replacement brush handle and asked me to confirm my shipping address. I confirmed my address and then received no response follow up, so I emailed again on May 12th to request the status of my replacement order. On May 24th they responded asking about the style of the brush that was malfunctioning. I responded the same day also letting them know I had not received the two replacement brush heads that I had been charged for and were marked as order in progress for two months. They said there was a transit delay and they are adding store credit to my account. I never received a shipping notification as promised. I followed up on May 30th and June 2nd via email to try and get confirmation that I will be receiving a replacemebt brush handle, and two brush heads, and never got a response back. I called their provided customer service number and left a voice mail- no option to speak with a representative. I have still not recieved a response back as of June 27. Amount of money I paid the business: $64 The business committed to provide me with a replacement toothbrush handle and two refill brush heads.The Account email: ************************ I want a refund for the full amount of $64 for the total cost of items I was promised and never received.Initial Complaint

In January of 2023, I reached out to Goby customer service by email to let them know that my electric toothbrush I purchased from them (with a lifetime warranty) had stopped charging. In early Feb, they replied and said they would send me a new one. Later in Feb, they said they were out of stock and it wouldnt ship until later in Feb. Time went by and I received no toothbrush. In April, I sent them an email saying I would take any new toothbrush from themwhatever color was in stock. I didnt want to wait for my pink toothbrush to be in stock. And, if no toothbrushes were in stock, I wanted my money back so I could buy a new toothbrush from another company. Since that time I have received no response. There are many people on social complaining about similar responses (or lack thereof) from Goby.Initial Complaint

Difficulty in getting a response from GobyShoes *** on order placed 1/5/2023 on **********************************. and received 1/18/23, showing a return address in ******, for $104.90 (for 2 shoes). Although Ive worn Goby shoes before (bought on another companys website and they fit perfectly and I still have them), the 2 Goby shoes I received from GobyShoes *** are a full 1/2 narrower all the way from the toe to the heel so they dont fit and Im unable to wear them. All of Gobys emails to me from 1/5/23 1/18/23 came from a Do Not Reply email which said to contact them to go to their website and start a chat. Ive started chats but got no response. If you click on Refunds and Exchanges, **********************************/pages/returns-exchanges, it states: If this is a return, return shipping must be paid for by the customer. When our warehouse accepts your return, we will process the refund for your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges on International purchases. All sales are final. Return Address: Goby USA, Lucca **********, *****************************************************************************. Apparently, Lucca Global is a new company, **************************************************. A ****************** page, *******************************************, shows their phone # is **************. I called, a person answered and said Id called a wrong # and hung up. Im beginning to think theres no way to communicate with this company. Would GobyUSA say my order is an international purchase since the package it came in shows a return address in ******? That is a question that deserves an honest answer before sending a return to them. Also, wonder how many other people this is happening to.
