Unfortunately, I encountered not only a number of issues with my new HVAC system, but also a number of service providers that 'claimed' to have the technical knowledge necessary to deal with the problems ... but did not.After months of stress and expense I was truly happy to finally find a company that clearly provides the type of training their techs must have for the equipment currently being used in their ************ would think this is true of all heating and cooling companies, but I've learned the hard way ... it is not.I've been impressed with the service and the genuine concern to meet/exceed my expectations as provided by all at Blue Ridge Heating & Cooling. If you need **** services this is the place to call. We had a somewhat urgent issue and ***** set appointment up quickly. ***** did the diagnosis and explained clearly what the issue was.
