We had a sunroom built by the company in approximately **** or 2004.Earlier this year we started having a problem with the door handle and lock Initially we tried to get in touch about a replacement and repair and were put on hold.We tried other sunroom companies and were told that they could not help us,that we should contact original contractor. So again we contacted SRA. We were finally able with much back and forth and difficulty to get them to come out 5/31/22 and install the lock set. The repair did not last. After a couple of weeks the new lock set failed. By the way this is not warranty work were talking about, we paid for this, and are ready to pay for any repairs, we have stated this. So the problem is that from then until now, we have got in touch with them on a number of occasions to no avail. As I stated earlier we paid for the repair and to this time have not been treated as paying customers. We cant seem to even get a modicum of customer service. Here are some of the texts that have been exchanged July 5 2022 12:12P Hi *******,I received your voicemail. *** will be back in the office tomorrow. I will check with him on who we have available this week and I'll get back to you on the door repair.From SRA July 12 2022 11:23A Hi *******,I received your voicemail.I spoke with *** and he had to order parts for your door that we are waiting for to come in. As soon as we get those parts in, we will call you to schedule the repair.Thank you.From SRA July 26 2022 9:15A Good Morning. This is ***************************. I want to know about the repair of my sunroom door. The last time we communicated on 7/12/22 you told me that you would get back to me when *** received the part that he needed to order for the repair. When last I spoke to *** around 6/21/22 when he was at my house he told me in was going to order that partBusiness response

Hello, we been out to this customer's home on multiple different times to help him while we waited for the appropriate parts to come to our ware house to correct the issue. We do not have controller over backorder and older model items. *************** was aware and was updated multiple times throughout the process. This issue was also already taken care of and resolved with *************** being extremely happy. We would like this complaint removed.Customer response
