Total rip-off Beware this is Not a local florist - I had to track my deliver from ********!! Instead of the Saturday delivery promised did receive until Monday and there is No way to reach these people.. Shameful and tragic these place is open for businessReview from Judi M

Flowers were never delivered. When I contacted ****, they promised delivery the next day, then later told me they did not have the flowers I chose and asked me to choose one of three rose bouquets and told me it would be delivered two days later. I cancelled the order.Review from Katie S

We ordered same day delivery flowers and got a notice that they were delivered and they never were. I called every day for 4 days and they promised the flowers would be delivered each day. My mom never received the flowers and I am still waiting on the refund.Review from Michael J

A scam. Paid extra to have delivered by 2 cause that’s what time my wife gets off work. They didn’t deliver till 3. Then they took flowers back. So I called to have delivery to my house. Got the run around and now no flowers and out of moneyReview from Tara M

Ordered sympathy flowers for a funeral and was acknowledged at time of the order that they would be delivered tomorrow (11/23) Later today received an email stating they would be delivered on 12/20?? Tried calling, email and working with the ** bot and nothing was accomplished. Trying to cancel the order now and they are refusing to do so. $100 wasted on this scam of a *********** NOT USE THEM ......SCAM>>>>SCAM>>>>>>SCAM>>>>>>Avas Flowers Response

Some companies simply conceal their service fees into the cost of the flowers, in addition to charging a delivery fee. At ****, we prefer to keep it separate so that you know exactly what you are paying for at the final step in the web checkout. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
It is our mission to make all customers' online ordering experience as seamless as possible. The final cost of a purchase is largely dependent on a lot of factors including the destination, applicable taxes, and day and date of delivery. This makes it challenging to provide the total before collecting all relevant information. To ensure that the customer's expectations are set correctly, we state throughout Steps 1 (Delivery Info) and 2 (Billing Info) that tax and fees will be calculated once addresses and delivery date are confirmed.
After addresses and delivery dates are filled in on Steps 1 and 2, we can calculate any relevant costs outside the product total. Step 3, the "Review & Place Order" section of our online cart, allows customers to enter a coupon code they may wish to include. This section displays the total, including tax and fees. Please note that a purchase cannot be finalized until this section is displayed, reviewed, and confirmed by the customer.
