ARI ********************** was recommended by a friend to re-roof my flat roof. *** was easy to work with and listened to all of my concerns. I cant say enough good things about Albuquerque Remodeling **** I have used their services twice now, once for roof replacement (last year) and flooring replacement. Lets start with the roof. Older home with very old roof, *** gave me a workable timeline and a fair quote and excellent work. The owner, ****, is very personable, easy to work with and he and his crew are on time and ready to work. Now on to the flooring. I was under a time constraint, to replace carpet with luxury vinyl flooring. **** listened and said what he usually says, Let me see what I can do, and came through again and again. I cant say enough good things about this family owned company, and I will continue to use them for renovation projects.Review from Glen S

Albuquerque Remodeling *** was recommended by a family member in 2022 as a contractor to re-roof our house and detached garage. The structures have pitched roofs, the job was done on time and on budget using metal roof construction. We live in a high wind area; the roof has not had any issues. Our house was constructed in the ****s and is showing its age. When our second bathroom developed a leaky shower pan, we knew which contractor to call. **** and ****** from Albuquerque Remodeling *** took this tired old bathroom from the 70s to modern construction standards for a very fair price and a reasonable timeline. Tiled shower stall and matching tiled floor received thoughtful consideration for pattern placement to achieve maximum aesthetic impact in such a tight space.ARI- Experienced, knowledgeable, punctual, detail oriented , great people to do business with.Review from Rainer R

*** Remodeling is the very best construction company I have worked with over 29 years in ********, **. and since 2014 here. Not only are their prices competitive in a crowded market (with fly-by-nights you have to be aware of everywhere !!!!!). Indeed, father and son ***** (AJ) are true perfectionists in whatever they touch! Whether it was tiles, inside and outdoors, a remodeled bathroom, or is an entire addition, turning a porch into a full room, the work schedule was maintained throughout, and the results are always immaculate. And they will always advise you in minute detail when you have questions about the ongoing project or something you consider having done some time.What makes **'s work so special is also the sense of aesthetics he maintains- things need to work, to function, ok; but they also have look good! After all, that is the mentality of our city, always put in an extra touch of beauty where possible, is it not. In short, having tried other companies, for us, this is the one to work with!**************
