I purchased a vehicle from hard rock car company in august 2022 when purchased i did not receive my tittle or spear keys or fax’s about the car when I did call the company I believe I spoke to the owner but she was very rude about the situation using faul language and didn’t get help about getting a tittle when vehicle was purched in full amountBusiness response

Purchased two vehicles through hard rock one was 7 mo ago the other was a month in a half ago first one was fixed 5+ times with no correction of the problem second vehicle was fixed 3 times with more and more added issues vehicle will not move at all as the hybrid system gave out and dealer is not wanting to fix or even respond to calls or text.Business response

The ****** bought 2 cars, they have a service contract on them (warranty) 15 days after the sale we are not responsibly for their repairs and they need to use their service contract that they purchased, I don't have a Magic ball to predict the future on a vehicle, and I don't know how they treated their vehicle. It is used older models not a brand-new car. Use your warranty sevice contract you purchased form the warranty company to fix the vehicle. Tell us why here...Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:vehicle broke just a few days after purchase I got a run around from **** **** business owner constantly as for the Sorento I have made multiple complaints of it being broken since purchasing to ***** ***** since the beginning I have multiple messages stating that it will be fixed and after multiple attempts it is still not fixed after the second vehicle was bought and cars sales person ***** himself said they sold me a “piece of crap” vehicle and he was sorry the owner did not want to fix any of the vehicles I was blocked by **** **** and have not been able to reach ***** *****. I also have messages to prove Denali broke just nearly a couple of days after having it back from mechanic.

I purchased a vehicle and a mechanical warranty through *** from hard Rock car company. The vehicle was totaled by insurance and paid off. I remembered I had a warranty when looking through paperwork and called *** to cancel they sent cancellation notice to hard Rock. I waited about a month and did not hear or receive anything from hard Rock so I called them. The woman that answered the phone was nothing short of unreasonable hostile and a complete liar. She told me that she was waiting to hear from *** and had not received anything in the mail from them. She said she needed an amount from them to write the check to me. I called *** and they had not had any communication with her no emails had been sent from her and they told me all she had to do was call and it would let her know anything she wanted. *** also let me know that they don't have any part in the amount as they don't know what I paid for the warranty. The woman **** I believe started telling me that I was harassing her when I was simply asking her to give a *** a call so we can resolve the matter. She called me impatient even though I had waited a month and started screening my calls not answering or responding as well as telling me I am not welcome to come in her business. I'm hoping to avoid the headache of small claims and hoping that the childish behavior will cease and we can carry on with this simple business transaction of a refund. The warranty was for 4 years and I paid $2,000 for it was never used and the vehicle was totaled after less than 30 days I never even got the license plate. I remembered about the warranty on October 5th 2022 and that's the day I canceled it so I'm okay with only being refunded 3 years approximately even though it was unusable 30 days after purchaseBusiness response

This was resolved shortly after being filed. I was trying to work with consumer on this issue, while also dealing with the death of my son.Customer response
