      I purchased a mobile home on 01/2022 . First it took the company months to get the mobile home placed on my property were I barely was able to move in as of 03/25/2022. After doing a walk through all things were noted about what things needed to be fixed and were broke during the move from their office to out land. Eddie T***** GM is very unprofessional when contacted. He yells, screams and then just hangs up the phone and does not want to discuss the issues. My mobile home has a lot of things that need to be fixed and at first he stated he had to order parts. When tried to call him to request status of parts that is all I get is arguing and hand ups. This business paid me to write a good review on there company website and I did at the beginning before all these problems. What is the point to pay people to say good things about the company when they do not keep their word, or even make what they did wrong right. I seen on other reviews he has done this many times, but no one has taken the time to report it. I would like my mobile home fixed since they broke the things that are broken and then will never deal with this company again.. Please contact me if more specific information is needed. There is a lot of things he has said and done in the last two weeks.

      Front & Back door Bent and showes daylight
      Left side door (front) taped because of split wood to outside
      Floors by Front Door and in main BR Buckling
      Three Heater vents broken
      Shelf over washer and dryer ripped out of wall
      Weather strip under front door pealing

      Mr. ****** is out of warranty at the present time, he would have to send a request to the factory through Gabe @ ###-###-#### or to the extended warranty company **** **** **** for any repairs @ ###-###-####. The extended warranty may cover some of the issues. We regret he is experiencing these issues and hope he can get resolutions through the one of the two solutions listed. If either of those aren't working we do have contractors available at a reasonable cost to repair the home let me know. Thanks Eddie
