*****-. I'm reaching out to you AGAIN, to hopefully gain clarity on the status of my home, property sale and the redemption rights you purchased from me. The home is listed for sale with ********* **** ****** and with several brokers, listed now at $529,000.00. My property, housing and civil rights have been violent by you and RealTek. The following will show you are in violation and are at fault for discrimination race, sex and civil rights! **is illegal discrimination to take any of the following actions because of race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, familial status, or national origin: Refuse to rent or sell housing. Refuse to negotiate for housing. Otherwise make housing unavailable!** . Again, much to my surprise I have not been contacted by you what so ever since July 2023. I have sent several text messages as well as voicemails but not one has been returned by you or your company. Also, my one husband ***** ***** has been trying to contact you as well. He never signed a single document, being that NM is a community property state he wants to know why you are avoiding his requests for copies of the complete file. When I met Br a deal to assist me with the sale I was optimistic that this was a good decision on my part. We agreed the property would begin the process of remodeling and listing July 2022. I had not had any interaction with you or anyone from RealTek in TWELVE MONTHS nearly one full year until this past July 2023 when I was aggressively approached while attempting to leave my house by some man I had never met claiming to "own my home' . As im sure you could imagine I was completely baffled when I was handed the phone come to hear your voice. I was informed I had three days to vacate or else face law enforcement as you put it. After pleading with you for more time you offered me $2,500.00 additional compensated IF we gave you the keys on day three. No response has been made by realtek
