We hired MC Plumbing and draining to fix and change shower head that was leaking in master bathroom. Our tenant notified the next day that the shower head in (master was still leaking, I contacted Mario the owner and he said he would send someone out on Monday at 9am due to it being a Saturday when I told him the shower head was still leaking. Our tenant connected me again on Monday that on one every came out to look at the shower head. So I called Mc plumbing again and he didn’t answer. Then I called a few weeks later and to get the issue fixed. Mario was very rude stating that I was telling him how to do his job that he been doing for over 20 years. Which I was not I just wanted the issue of get fixed because that the service I paid for. He was very unprofessional and started yell at me and telling young lady don’t come and tell me how to do my job. And also implied he couldn’t fix the shower head leaking because he had a big job he was working on and what not. That is very unprofessional of his part to yell at a customer and hang up on them like that. I heard him for a service and was charged without it getting resolved. My tenant also called him and he stated it was out of the warranty time which was not true when I connected him thru text message the day after they went.Business response

As to the complaint filed by Mrs. **********
We repaired what was pointed out to us. When my service man left the residence - all was good. I have done what I am going to do - as for the part that she says I yelled at her - I did not yell at her (yelling consists of trying to talk at the top of your lungs.) That did not happen and yes I hung up on her when she started belittling me.

I am rejecting this response because:
I never belittled, you. When it comes to customer service especially as a plumber your team needs to know what they are doing. My tenant also called you and you dismissed the problem when it was with in the 24 hr mark. I understand how frustrating it might be when you have 100 calls. But as a business owe we you need to understand my point of view as a landlord if my tenant is saying the issue continue and when I have paid for a service and they call to say it wasn’t fix correctly obviously I have to call you back which I did the next day of the after visit. And you stated someone would go and never did. I’m not the only customer that hasn’t like your services not being completely finished. You can’t say you’re a good business when you leave a job incomplete and then say I have a big job which you take more importance.
