            I took my Mitchibishi Outlander Sport to get a diagnostic done, we provided them with what was going on and what parts we already replaced.My car was there for 3 weeks. When we called the service person told us the person doing the diagnostic would not go any farther due to the number one fuel injector leaking fuel. They wanted to replace an o ring. This was one of the things that my husband and I had already replaced. We told them we would come pick up the vehicle. When we got the vehicle home we were able to removed the fuel injectors and the o ring was deliberately removed. I have called them multiple times to let them know tech removed the o ring and they have a tech that is deliberately causing problems on vehicles to scam people out of money. They tell me they will call me back and need to look into it.

            I went to Hi-Country because I had a recall on my vehicle a 2023 Kia ***** I was given a loaner a 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander. They had my vehicle two weeks.. It came back smelling like cigarettes and it was muddy and dirty they told me with all services they wash and vacuum, which clearly it wasn't. I was emailed about how my service went I gave a bad review and for a week straight I was called and voicemails were left harassing me. They run a business very poorly I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
