I had qualified to have a heater put in by the ****** Weatherization Program several years ago. This heater has not worked correctly since the put it in. They came out, looked at it and said they cleaned these switches in it that needed to be cleaned they said and never replace them which should have been done. They did this twice, never came back and fixed it correctly. I have called the weatherization program and not got any help from them.. I woke up this morning to my house being 62 degrees, the heater thermostat set at 67 and the heater again will not turn on. Beach and sons came out to look at it they also said it was these switches that should have been replaced in the beginning and were not done correctly/ They also put in my air conditioner which had to be repaired last year because it was not sealed correctly and all the freion leaked out and it just blew warm air. I just want a heater that works. I appreciated that the weatherization put this in for me, but it is not doing me any good if it does not work. I have been calling them on this since two weeks after they installed it. What is the point of having help from the weatherization program if it doesn't work and you have to keep paying someone to come out and look at.I am a senior, on social security disability, limited income. I just want this heater to work correctly which I have been fighting since they installed it, Plus they never had the county come out and finish the inspection and write it off.Business response

This was a government funded project where the client did not pay any money out of pocket. The furnace worked fine for two years and then starting having issues, which can happen. Once the client was informed that she was out of the standard one year warranty she has been trying to get the free program and us as the contractor to provide a free service. This is not how it works, she needs to call a service company. Furthermore the non-profit that is her representative and the *************** both inspected this project and are aware of the clients complaints and deemed them as unreasonable and out of scope.
