I contacted the company to get the ingredients of the product. They responded saying they will not disclose ingredients. Citing: The formula is approved non-toxic and meets GRAS Standards according to the US Code of Federal Registrar Section 21. It is approved by OSHA PEL (Permissible Exposure Limits) and all ingredients are approved as direct and indirect food additives well below PEL full concentration. Is there a way to get these claims verified?Initial Complaint

I ordered the product in October. Finally received a package 11/16/22. The Order wasnt complete. I contacted customer service. They responded on 11/20/22 stating they would send the rest of the order with expedited shipping. I still havent received it. I have tried reaching out to customer service several times and they wont respond. This is an expensive product.Initial Complaint

A friend had given me a bottle of their product, Pooph. I liked it so I ordered a bottle on November 7, 2022. On November 9, 2022 I ordered some for my sister. To date, the tracking shows that they have only made a label for my November 7 order. My sister's order has had no activity. The website that I researched in order to contact them does state that it may take a few days to fulfill the order, but a whole month is ridiculous. I emailed them regarding this matter but receive no response whatsoever. I needed the product because I was having a problem with my puppy "marking" but I had to buy something else from Amazon. On 11/06/22 I ordered on-line at pooph.com a 3 pack of 32oz. bottles of Pooph + 3 pack of 2 oz. laundry additive. I also paid an extra $5.95 for Priority Processing. Total including tax was $70.11. They state on their Customer Service line that with priority processing my order would be processed in 8 days to 2 weeks. On 11/10/22 I received an email with the tracking # for my order (FedEx # ********). Tracking this number shows that a shipping label has been created, but nothing has been shipped. It is now 11/21/22 - over 2 weeks since I placed my order - and still nothing has shipped. I tried calling their customer service # ************ & all I get is a recording saying all customer service people are busy. Please leave a message & they will get back to you as soon as they can. I have called multiple times on different days & at different times. No one picks up or calls me back. I also tried sending an email to help@pooph.com. Again, no one responded to my email. Is this company legitimate? Should I cancel my order & call my credit card company to get the money back? Please let me know. Thanks.
