WARNING to anyone looking for mold inspections. MSE Environmental is a FRAUDULENT organization attempting to SCAM residents out of their hard earned money. Services were never rendered, yet they demand payment. Stay clear of MSE Environmental located at **********************. Complaints have been filed with the Attorney General and more action is being taken. Some of the employees taking part in this FRAUD are ******* ******** and ********* *****. You have been warned. The resolution I am looking for is for MSE Environmental to STOP harassing me for payment on services I never received.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 6, 2022/02/28) */ Recently, we called to receive payment for our services rendered. Clearly, this is a misunderstanding. We don't appreciate your libelous remarks regarding MSE Environmental as being a fraud and a scam. We have been in business for over 19 years and we value our customer service. We would like to resolve this matter offline so please call at XXX-XXX-XXXX. In the meantime, we would like to clarify the service that you did receive from us. On 10/18/2021, you called and we discussed extensively (+20 min) about our services and the process. You allowed our Consultant into your home on the same day of your call to take samples and pictures. We informed you on the first call that the Results Report isn't released until payment is received and you agreed to proceed with the process. We sent you the invoice on 10/22/2021. We have also emailed you the extensive report even though you haven't paid for the service. We would appreciate your response for resolution and payment. Like I have stated to them many times now. I never received anything from their company. Blasting this same response is not doing any good, especially after I have already spoken to them well before they posted this same message. When I called, they immediately offered me 50% off. 50% off for what? I received nothing from their company. I don't know how else to say that. So, telling me I received their services (when I did not) and asking me to call them (when I already did) is not an acceptable solution. This company needs to stop harassing me. BBB, if you can please help here. I understand how your organization, as well as many others, are backed up at this point in time with complaints. As it stands, I am also waiting for other organizations to reply regarding this company, and how to get this company to stop with their harassment against me. Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/03/08) */ We have already attempted to resolve this with you even though you continue to deny that we provided you a service. It is highly inaccurate to state that you "received nothing from us" as you opened your door to allow us in to collect samples. You remained in the home for the duration of the service. You had previously agreed to the terms when you called into our office initially and we moved forward to make the appointment for the same date of service. We have records of the phone conversations. In order to resolve this, we have already attempted to reach a middle ground for this misunderstanding by allowing you to pay the reduced rate of 50% off the price of our services. We had verified your email address on the phone conversation and we know that you have opened the emails that include our invoice and Results report. Please accept our acknowledgement of this misunderstanding by opening your subsequent emails and please pay your invoice at 50% off the price of our services. Your completely false response riddled with untrue statements continue to boggle my mind. What an unbelievably shady company you are. Who apologizes for their mistakes and then proceeds to harass for payment for a service that was never received? You are what is wrong with Las Vegas and making legit company's here look bad.
