I went into the store on August 10 I had a $200 gift card I need a purchase of $246.38 I gave them $46.38 cash $6.96 tip I purchased three pier jeans and a deep V-neck long sleeve top with pants This is what I have the problem with I tried the pants on did not try the top one I knew it would fit up on putting the top on once I got home there was a stain in the back so get back to the store on 12 August they received it did not have my size I purchased something else for $95 they intern gave me $71.18 on my gift card I gave them $46 and 38 cents in cash they told me to pick up my outfit in a couple of days they called me into the store said they could not get the outfit I went back into the store then they told me they wouldn't except the return garment bag I asked him why they said because they don't sell anything that has a defect in it I spoke to someone in corporate they told me every garment that they have in the store they check I know that's not true are used to work in sales you do not check every garment that comes in there was a defect on this garment they would not acknowledge it took my gift card money back gave me the garment back now I have a garment that I cannot wear because it is damaged in the store will not own up to it I am deeply disappointed I did not want my money back I just wanted store credit so I could purchase something if you could look at this garment you would see that it's a defect in the material nothing that I could've done I do have the receipt where they put the money back on my card then they took it off gave me the garment bag there was nothing I could do but get upset so I decided to take this route and go through you please get back with me and let me know what to do if you need me to bring the permit up there on ***** so I can show it to you I certainly can thank you so very much I'll be waiting for your responseBusiness response

To whom it may concern, we have a policy that all item must be in same condition as when it was purchased. Unfortunately, upon supervisor viewing we notices bleach stains on the back of item (a discoloration) and advised client we could no longer sell the item and that it was there for pick up. We unfortunately, do not make the clothes only sell them and the item had just arrived and had been all inspected the day the customer purchased. We are willing to ask the vendor if they have more of the item to see about possible replacement. If they have it we can switch it out. We,however are not in a position to accept items back in a condition that can not be resold. And this item was not brought back in condition it was sold. We apologize for any inconvenience and we are following company return policy.Customer response

I took this garment in here around the BBB on ***** Street last week I showed it to the lady she even acknowledged that there was no bleach put on his garment this material was damaged from the factory if you need me to send you the garment so you can look at it I can do that because it is unfair that they would sell something damaged the garment still have the tags on it why would I put bleach on it and its not even bleach stain Im at my **** and I dont know what else to do please help
