I visited Momos on May 12,2023. I called them to see if they had a replacement window for my vehicle as it had been shattered. They advised me they did and after calling around they were the most affordable price for me. They said they would charge $150 as I got there they actually did not have the window. They had me leave my car with them while someone went to pick it up I end up going home and coming back after waiting almost 3 hours They had completely remove the broken window and taped some fake cover of a window to my vehicle and said they were unable to get the window they would need to order it and to come back next Wednesday, May 17 at 9 AM to get it installed. I then called before I came spoke with the owners wife she placed me on hold and then hung up. I tried to call again whoever answered the phone said that neither the owner or wife was in, so I came to the premises in which they still pretended not to be there. When I asked about the window, the men didnt know what I was talking about. The wife said she didnt tell me that it didnt come in. He began to yell at me and said that if I couldnt wait, then I wouldnt be getting my money back and before that I can have my money hes going to take that temporary window out as I just ask for my money so that I can go somewhere and get it done he started yelling at me and said that I wasnt getting anything if I wanted my money to call the police I had to file a police report but of course they cant make him. Give me my money back , I still have no window now I dont have my money. He did not give me a service and still wont return my money.
