On 03/30/2024 at approximately 7:30am, ****, the owner of Quality Tint, tinted my windows on my Tesla Model Y in my garage. I paid for all my windows to be tinted including my windshield. I paid **** $350.00 via Zelle. $220 for windows and an Additional $130 for the windshield. **** stated he didnt have the film and would return on Thursday 04/04/2024. On 04/02/2024, **** sent me a picture of his hand stating he cut himself and needed stitches so we agreed to continue the work at a later date when he healed. On 04/30/2024, **** returns to my home and fixes bubbles on my tint on the driver side window and then states he doesnt have the film for my car again. He stated that he would purchase the film on Thursday 05/02/2024 and return to complete the work on 05/04/2024. **** did not return to complete the work promised. **** has not returned any of my phone calls and has not refunded me for my windshield. After several attempts to contact **** through text, phone and ***** requests, **** has avoided and declined any type of contact, refused to complete service and refuses to refund for my windshield.
