Terrible! Horrible! Please don’t take your device here and got ripped off like I did! I took an Apple Watch in to get the screen replaced. Paid $139. Took it home, my daughter showered with it-which she has done no problems for one year (how long we have had the watch) and the watch went black and didn’t work. Took it in stating that as soon as they replaced the screen it wasn’t sealed correctly or something because now it won’t turn on. They told me it was totally broken and water damaged. That they don’t warranty any of their work they did. Then the OWNER Jose proceeded to tell me that apple devices shouldn’t get wet and not even Apple would warranty that! WTF! They are designed to be able to get wet-at least the shower!!! We have had many devices and have never had a problem except for when I took it here to get the screen replaced. The owner was super rude, wouldn’t offer a refund and told me it was my fault. Horrible custome service. And just to add the lady working the phones and from (thick accent) was dressed so horribly and very not appropriate for work (very see through shirt) Just not impressed overall.

We don't warranty devices that customers "shower" with them! Even if the customer would have taken it to apple water damaged, they would have never touched it. We explained this policy to the both the Mother and daughter, but unfortunately they didn't understand what we explained. As most of you know, water and electronics don't really mix. Both mother and daughter were spitting and yelling to employees and they had to be escorted out with the police. Can you say "Ghetto"?Review from Vanessa C

This place scammed me out of $1,000. I brought 2 phones to repair and instead I got back 1 completely useless iPhone 13 & another IPhone 14 Pro that barely works. The iPhone 13 was very poorly done and now cannot connect to any WiFi or receive any calls or messages. Basically the phone is useless. I took it to my provider which is T-Mobil and they said the phone was done extremely bad and parts were stolen. They steal ur original parts and lie to you that you dropped your phone too hard so you need to fix something else in the phone just taking your money ANY WAY they can. The iPhone 14 Pro is a completely different color and barely works now. The owner is rude and a scammer as well as all the workers in the store.IPhone Doctor, LLC Response

We never had a Vanessa Cucue in any of our stores. This complaint was probably written by our ignorant and poor competitor that has NOTHING TO DO all day long and has no business. Nothing to answer here.
