I missed one payment due to moving expenses draining my account. Within 2 days I was called over 20 times from a spoofed number meant to look local so I'd answer it. This is predatory and unacceptable from the people at Credit One. I reported the number as spam on multiple websites and had to block the number to stop receiving the harassment at work. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Worse place on earth. First time ever getting a credit trying to build my credit and got ripped off. Have a due balance of $310 and barely used the card and made sure to make my payments on time just to still owe money in the end. Then I cancelled the card and I’m still getting late fees. That is crazyyy. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Was charged fees before I even received the card. When I asked about the fees I was told that they’re not fraudulent, they are fees associated with the card. Never had this issue with capital one or discover.

Worst credit card company out there! I got a American Express they mislead me into thinking when I paid the fee the card was activated! I went to get propane for my RV and the card would not work after paying days before. I was in a bind now . I called them after I was able to split payments across my other cards. To be told the Fee only activated the account not the card? This is not how it was presented. I asked for a refund and cancel the account and card since I'll never use them after this! The guy was like a bad used car salesman he kept trying to get me to agree to activate the card! He would not listen! I lost the money . After a year I called again they took the fee again? With no active card ? This should be illegal! I was finally able to get them to close the account and stop trying to take money for nothing from me. They said I would get a refund for the second fee it never came! Be very careful with this company they are crooks!

Again I should have looked here first.. I thought I could trust ******** credit bureau with options to help my score. They offered 3 Credit creds, 2 with annual fees, and 1 that didn't (CREDIT ONE via AMX) I applied, looked over the agreement from the ******** side (which still showed no annual fee) and a few days later it arrived. I used it for gas and one other purchase. A day later the next purchase was declined due to the limit... So I called, not only did the gas station at the pump place a large dollar hold BUT there IS an ANNUAL FEE of $75.00. Once you use the card they say they're not able to waive the fee. After setting up the online account and accessing the agreement, I now see on their end an annual fee of $75. CREDIT ONE was unaware of any ******** offer. There IS an annual fee of $75. Even though, still, as of date it clearly shows NO ANNUAL FEE on the ******** credit site. Misleading information DO NOT ACCEPT OFFER!

A disaster of a bank. I was approved for a $1000.00 limit. I was excited to receive my card in the mail. I racked up over $400.00 in charges. I made my first payment without any issues, but when I decided to pay off my balance, they locked my account and blocked me from making further charges. I called them and they lied saying that I had suspicious activity on my account. After calling them, I was advised to send them documentation proving that I was the one making the payment after they already took the payment from my account. After my final transaction post, I will pay them off and close my account for good. Don't do business with this bank. They are garbage. I was planning to close this account anyway and they did me a favor by locking my account.

Thieves, horrible, terrible, awful, dictatorial company. Why the FTC, the BBB, the CFPB ... still allow this company to do business after all these complaints and bad reviews. WHY? They lock your card after you make your monthly payment for at least a week after receiving your money. They release it when they feel like it. They have unexplainable , and out control monthly fees. When payment are made on time each month, they will take They time before displaying and posting your statement on your account, and they will also take their time to report the positive items to the credits bureaus. But, if you are ever late, the next day your statement will be posted to your account with a late fee, and negative items will be reported to the credit bureaus immediately. Very, very bad customer service. This company has dictatorial postures They just do what they want, and nothing happens. For how long our country will let credit one bank abuse his people?

I paid off my Credit One Quicksilver card in July. Every month since then I've been charged a $8.25 fee for "Cash Advances". My balance has been $0 for months. How do I owe interest when I've paid them what I owe them? This is a crooked company that should be investigated for literally stealing money by the means of false charges and fees to their customers. I'm cancelling my card today but would like those fees back.

I was is a victim of identity fraud. Someone opened up a credit card in my name with Credit One Bank. I immediately froze. My accounts, put on fraud alert, Contacted Law enforcement etc. I have been told for the last four weeks now that the account has been closed and a letter verifying the fraudulent activity is in the mail. I need this letter to bring to my local police station to close out my file. Every time I call customer service I’m told either the letter has been sent or is ready now to be sent. The bottom line is Credit One Bank is not sending out a letter and has no intention of doing so. The lack of action leaves me to believe that very possibly Credit One Bank themselves are the one who set up the fraudulent credit card account. I have not received any bill for fraudulent charges yet. If I do, I guess I’ll have to lawyer up and fight in court. Every time I contact Credit One bank I let them know that I’m working with the FBI and the federal trade commission. I make it very clear as soon as a representative picks up the phone of all the filings I’ve made and that I’m working closely with law enforcement. Perhaps that’s why I haven’t received a letter, but hopefully I will never receive a bill. The government needs to shut this Scam operation down at once and protect the American public.
