They took my money, put together a lousy website, and made videos which were really just slide shows I could do myself on a phone app like Ripl or Canva. Then they disappeared. Total, total scam. Do not give these people a red cent. I am a newer agent and did not have that kind of money to spend unless I got a return on investment. Let that be a lesson to me to investigate *everything* especially online reviews before I invest in anything.

I was cold called and transferred to Robert who told me he was a co-founder of the company. I paid $4995 for their services I was told they where going to blow me up on Social Media and I would have so much business organically I would be thanking him forever. They where pros and name off some celebrities and have help and showed me sites with number and action behind. I started nothing 60 days in they just keep saying it takes time. I started July 30th to day December 12th I have had 11 post to my face book page and 11 post to my Instagram site. The started a web page not personalized with my name I gave them which is not that big of a deal but that was what was offered. I have talked to 4 managers that where going to over see my account I am on my 3rd admin, The post after I call them I have done that about 6 times now I am canceling. Robert told me he would take care of me and over see my account multiple times - They are all friendly but they don't do what you pay for and they will not refund there refund policy is only 30 days and as I was told it takes time to get started. .. I had no Idea they could not do one post to google or YouTube in 6 months. I will run my own business I could have got real far with my $4995.00 I paid them It made me pay then $227 a post if any one what to start a class law suite I am in. I too would give them a ZERO but this rating system starts at 1.

A day later I heard back from his "satisfied customer regarding BizzVisual helping his business tremendously (Robert ******'s words). "Yeah I don't know about that there's a lot of hot air in his spiel. I did use them about 4 years ago. They continue to keep my website up as a referral but I give the same answer to everyone that they refer to me that I'm giving you." After hearing this I immediately called BizzVisual seeking a full refund. After 3 tries I finally spoke to a live person. Robert ******** told me HE was a co-founder of the company and that Robert ****** was not unethical just aggressive in his sales practices since they find it very difficult to close new business. I disagreed and asked for a full refund. This has been going on for a month and they still haven't given back my money. I would give them a ZERO but this rating system starts at 1.
