I had my 2020 Corolla serviced at Toyota Autonation on Sahara Blvd in Las Vegas and I can tell you the service advisors, the valet and the Service Manager Ivan ******** runs a tight organized ship! Ivan is awesome, he listens provide great suggestions and the work gets done excellently. I thank them all Toyota Autonation Las Vegas on Sahara. My deepest Gratitude. Unsavory and unethical business practices. Purchased a vehicle cash. Didn't want to finance. Left with vehicle it was dark but used a flashlight to check, checked again next day appeared fine. Beginning of 3rd day we noticed carpet coming down from the panels, found out the foam was missing from under the carpet after returning 5 different times requesting them to look at it. They finally had time 12 days later, said it would be covered under warranty They kept it for 2 days just to say the cost was more than expected so now it's not covered but they can trade it for a newer car with a down payment......wowReview from christina m

Just took in my Corolla for annual maintenance. Shane was a great service adviser: polite, informative, efficient. This place is just like him: super organized, efficient, clean and knowledgeable. I bought my Corolla here in 2020 and the purchase was TOTALLY hassle-free! I wish I had known about AutoNation before. They have set a new standard for auto maintenance (esp in Las Vegas, where service is hit or miss). Nice work, people!Review from Michelle B

Took my car in 9/23 , diagnostic was done, I was told I had no back brakes, they needed to be replaced, I was also told I needed a new head gasket, took them 2 days to get my car done I received my car Saturday 3 days after I got my car which was Wednesday. I was driving home from work when all of a sudden my brakes went completely to the floor, I immediately called Toyota told them what happened, they said bring it in , I took it in Friday, They then told me it wasn’t the new brakes but that I now needed a Master Cylinder, after I had just paid them over $2300 6- days prior, I was told the cost of getting the cylinder fixed would be over $800. I asked why wasn’t this noticed when I bought it in the first time, the employee just said we weren’t looking for that at the time. I declined getting the work done, I want others to know that this place is shady and up to no good, this is why no one trusts auto shops, and they for sure took advantage of me being a woman. AutoNation Toyota Las Vegas is the best dealership to purchase a vehicle. Their customer service, online services and selling representatives are phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone in the market that appreciates their products, true customer service and easygoing selling techniques. These days I seek out products that are more than my expectations, customer service beyond what I normally encounter and a company that truly values its customers and AutoNation Toyota is highly recommended for exceptional performance in everything that they offer,Review from Sherell W

Toyota told me a lemon right after i signed my contract for the vehicle before i pulled off the lot i was experienced problems i let them know right then i didnt want to deal with them i will find another toyota dealership in nevada because i was a women a african american women at that they took full advantage they started telling me theres no problem just use my warranty , since day one they have been using my warranty to almost any and everything the work still fosent be up to standard this upcoming weekend my alternator went out and the insisted to use my warranty again today i got in my vehicle after taking it to the service department it sound like the vehicle dosent want to start . Every since i got this car from them it seems like the service they provide to other racist dosent be the same to me there attitude is different , they body movement and just the way they handle me there always putting me on hold never coming back to the phone , always having my car waiting outside when i get there as if they dont have to ecplain or treat me like a buyer! Took my car in twice for the same problem and the second time that I got my car back the problem still wasn't fixed and now there is a second problem because they did not fix the original problem. The first time they had it for a day. The second time they had it for 3 days. I've been stranded twice because of their negligence! I paid money to have them look at the problem! I called the general manager and the service manager and no one has returned my phone call. I had the receptionist email all of them and no one has returned my phone call. I used to work at a Toyota dealership so I know how Toyota does. I have been taking my car their since January. Spent over $3000 of my own money and the warranty gave them another $4000. Now my car barely starts. I took it to them twice before I started my new job and now I might not have a job because they did not fix the problem and no one has called me back. Despicable and very unprofessional service. Of course I'm waiting on a call from Corporate.Review from Bryant M

Horrible experience with an out of state purchase. I was lead to believe I couldn’t purchase from a local dealership and have it shipped, then have the entire process take 25 days and counting. Delay after delay, I’ve given them everything they asked for including money for a hold which was never applied to my purchase or refunded until I inquired. Money given for transportation with no real expectation of transport time, I went 4 plus days of no communication until I inquired yet again. Notary missed documents so I had to pay for a notary the second time with no reimbursement when their notary made the mistake. I called and asked about their return guarantee and I got the run around by finance saying they were not educated on the matter, I haven’t seen or gained possession of the vehicle and it sounds as if they will not honor that guarantee even though my purchased vehicle has been in their possession for a month and I have no idea how many times it’s been moved or driven. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase out of state and I would question AutoNations buy anywhere policy, it’s a joke!
