      This is by far the worst experience I've ever had trying to purchase a vehicle. They used tactic after tactic to try and scam me. We negotiated over the phone for a specific vehicle only for them to bait and switch for another vehicle. When I told them I was not interested, the original vehicle magically appeared. Then they lied about what I was qualified for with an interest rate. (I went to another Toyota dealer and they gave me way better interest rates only 1 day later). They also tried to double dip on a tax credit and lied about what the final out the door price was. When I pointed it out they insulted my intelligence and told me I obviously didn't understand. Went to another dealership and got a way better deal saving thousands of dollars.

      Terrible service from Service Department! When I purchased my vehicle, I purchase a tire and rim warranty in which they would replace my tires if they were punctured or damaged on the road. I have replaced 4 tires in which I know my tires are special ordered and on 8.24.23, I went straight after work to the dealer to order since that same day my tire pressure was low. I was assisted by assistant service manager EJ in which he said my tire would be ordered and delivered by Monday 8.28.23 but since he was off, to come in Tuesday 8.29.23. On Thursday 8.25.23, I had to change my tire to my spare because PSI was no longer drivable. He provided a number to text if I choose to come in Monday but I was considerate not to bug on his day off, I had my parents take my vehicle to get the tire changes and made accommodations to get this done. Upon arrival, EJ told my parents the tire wasn't there and I received no call from him for any update. I also texted the number he provided for an update and til this day 9.5.23 I still have not heard back. As someone who used to work in the tire industry, driving with a different tread of tires especially after the flash floods we had, is not save. This placed my life in danger as this results in uneven handling and steering as the tires grip the road differently.

      After going through a total NIGHTMARE at Chapman Las Vegas Dodge, LLC, I took a 2022 Jeep Renegade into David Wilson's Toyota of Las Vegas to trade this Jeep in for the SUV I originally wanted but was told I couldn't have. This Jeep had 20 miles on it. I had called the night before and spoke with "Frank" who was the Finance Mgr. I explained all I had just gone through and asked if HE could help me as I was told I could NOT RETURN the Jeep I'd just gotten the day before. He said, "Yes. I can help you and just bring in the Jeep." So I did. Frank introduced me to a salesman named Alex. Frank said the ONLY CAR I COULD GET was a 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback and that I MUST put down ANOTHER $7,500,.00 IN ORDER TO GET THIS CAR. I did so (as I'm NOT STUPID-JUST UNINFORMED and MUCH has CHANGED since I'd bought a car 10 years prior!). I did not know what I was doing and trusted in good faith BOTH these dealerships before I found out what damage they'd done to me! I took that car home that night and was SICK with STRESS as the payments were over $400 month. I'm on DISABILITY and tried to get ALL these payments LOW by putting more money down. When I tried to return the Toyota 2022 Corolla Hatchback, Frank informed me there was NOTHING HE COULD DO, THAT I'D BOUGHT THE CAR AND I HAD TO KEEP IT!. i got my cancelled warranty REFUNDED to me 2 months later. AFTER Frank told me this, I took the 2022 Toyota Corolla Hatchback to AutoNation Toyota and explained all. They FINALLY sold me the RAV4 SUV I'd wanted all along BUT I had to put ANOTHER $7,600.00 DOWN on this SUV and my payments are $385.63month. I can't WIN FOR ****!!!! They gave me a loan at 7% interest. My credit scores, ALL 3, are 700 points and ABOVE! i DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW OR WHY I'M PAYING SO MUCH! I LOST (OR BASICALLY HAD STOLEN AND MANIPULATED FROM ME, OVER $21,900.00 OUT OF MY only savings account). I can NEVER get that money back. It takes FOREVER to save $1,000.00 let alone $21,000.00. An expensive lesson!

      Unfortunately this dealership deceives and neglects its community especially in dire times of need. Transportation is important in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 omicron. If your intentions are to repair your vehicle at this specific location please thoroughly second guess your decision in order to prevent a persistent headache. Although repairs were the amount of $2,604.69, David Wilson Toyota's maintenance only lasted for two months. Before notifying this dealership's service manager I went to obtain an inspection at a different Toyota franchise to support my claims. Fortunately they were able to discover that David Wilson's performance was poor. That franchise pin pointed which services were unnecessary and repeated from last year including which services were overlooked and neglected. After gathering prior paperwork to prove my vehicle was in good condition before delivering it to David Wilson Toyota's care I was informed by their representative to buy the parts and they'll cover the labor. However after collecting the money to do so I was later told that a specific service manager is longer going to be working for the company and I'm now responsible for paying $1,110 for a new A/C Compressor plus labor. A total of 3,714.69 would be paid to David Wilson who takes advantage of their clients. PLEASE direct your vehicle elsewhere and always monitor their reviews before delivering your vehicle to DAVID WILSON TOYOTA.

      I am sorry your return visit did not meet your expectations. While you did have very extensive work completed upon your initial visit, this did not include the A/C Compressor. Unfortunately, there was no way to anticipate the failure of the compressor at that time. I can confirm that you were offered a discount as we understand how costly repairs can become as vehicles age and required repairs become more frequent. While service manager Ricky Gray did retire, we would have been happy to honor the discount you discussed with him.
