10 out 10, will not recommend the company or purchase from them in the future. I received the shoes I ordered, however the sizes are incorrect - being too small. When I emailed the company to ask about a refund or exchange, the response was I can keep the shoes and they would give me a discount to buy more. After challenging them that their website speaks highly of hassle free returns, and I want this honored, they stopped responding to our email conversation. Mistakes happen and not everything works for everyone, but I lose all respect when, as a business, you do not make things right.Review from Marian P

I would not recommend purchasing any products from this company. My product was never delivered as promised from the carrier they used. I have not been able to get a refund or my products as of 10/24/2024. In addition, my credit card reversed my dispute against them, Discover Credit Card. I was never able to speak to anyone from this company (voicemails only); and the regarding the shipping company, the contact number is non-working. If I could give them no stars, I would.Review from Judith S

I have been trying to get the address to return some items and then my refund. They have sent me the same email comment for 2 weeks now. It appears they are trying to use up the 30 day return/refund policy. People need to be warned of this under handed business.Review from Bryant R

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from Cloud Slides, instead I read the fake reviews on the vendor's website. I ordered 3 pairs of Cloud Slides (1 for myself, 2 for my children) to try. They instantly hurt our feet so we decided to return the Cloud Slides within 24 hours and based on their 30 day hassle free return policy I thought it would be no problem. Instead I received endless emails trying to get me to keep the slides and not return them. First they lied by saying each slide requires a $10-$15 to return, which was not true. They proceeded to offer I keep the slides for a 50% refund. I accepted at first, but the 30 day time window was approaching and I had not received any refund or confirmation of the refund, so before the 30 days was up I confirmed I would be returning the slides. Again, they did not respond and only after the 30 day window was up they tried to say if the slides were worn at all (even to try them on) it voids the return policy. I sent them the Cloud Slides back and disputed the charges with my credit card. They are horrible and would never recommend purchasing any products from this business.Review from Liz B

Item was never received. After emailing the company numerous times, they told me they could send me a new pair if I paid for shipping. When I said I just wanted to be refunded, they refused saying the item had shipped so they were unable to refund.Review from Melissa T

I got swindled!!! I ordered three pairs of shoes thinking I was on the cloudies site. Instead I was on cloud site which looks exactly the same and has the same sales. The first order of 3 pairs didn’t fit. They told me to give them to friends. I asked for a refund and they told me they would give me 50% off the next order and priority shipping. Like a sucker I ordered another 3 pairs still thinking I was on the cloudies site. No priority mailing and no 50% off. I asked for a full refund and they said they credited me for 1/2 off my second order but I never saw the refund. The shoes don’t fit and are huge. Now I have 6 pairs!!! What a sucker I was. They don’t answer emails and their number doesn’t work. Don’t be swindled like me and don’t buy a thing from them. They really are a zero star company. Cloudies is the site you want.Review from Kim C

Company would not accept a return or refund my money for ill-fitting slides. Their website says hassle-free returns within 30 days but only gave me a hassle. They wanted me to keep them and order another pair for shipping costs only ($9.95), no refund. The next offer was for a free pair and keep the first pair, no refund. The last offer I received was to refund half of the money and keep the slides. I disputed the charge with my credit card company for, in essence, a full refund and I am done. I gave one star rating only because mandatory to select one! I will never do business with them again.Review from Benjamin T

Color faded on 1st wear. After sending pictures of how much the slides faded. Customer service argued with me that I ordered a white pair. I told her to check my order. I did not order a white pair. That's how much the shoes faded. Been speaking with them for 2 weeks now. The only thing they offered was I could buy another pair half off. Do Not Buy from thecloudslides.com. it is not the original pillow slide store. Terrible quality. Terrible customer service.Review from Jill S

Stay away from this business and order your cushion slides off ****** where at least if they send the wrong size or a poorly made product you know you will get a refund. This place is run by thieves in my opinion. They sent the wrong size for my son’s order and for my order the size was right but there was no cushion …basically molded rubber. Their website states complete satisfaction or full refund within 30 days. BUT….. you have to email them and ASK for a refund. Then they take a few days to email you back and when they do they ask you to EXPLAIN what is wrong and to send PICTURES. UMMM….**** no. I immediately called by cc company and did a chargeback. Don’t waste your time. Stay away from this business.
