              On 10/28/24 my credit card was charged $4.99 by Shapermint. Since I hadnt ordered anything, I looked on line to discover that I was paying a MONTHLY membership fee; one I dont recall joining. I tried to cancel this membership, but I do not have a password. Every attempt I have made to follow instructions to create a new password has failed. Shapermint never sends me the promised email that would allow me to create a new password. I have tried reaching them by chat, phone, email, and ******** message. Every time I am directed to the process that promises that they will send me an email that will allow me to create a new password. I can not reach a real person. What I want is to cancel this subscription. I never wanted it, and I never want to pay for it again.

              Absolute robbery. They sign you up for a club membership without permission. This is fraud, plain and simple.
