  The date of the transaction was October 4, 5 and 6 of 2021. I paid $5500 to All Valley painting on October 5 of $4000 and October 6 of $1500. The business committed to *repair stucco on house as needed; caulk as needed; paint exterior of house with selected colors, includes gates and doors. $2350.00 *remove remaining rock on front and stucco to match existing. $950.00 *repair walls as needed; repaint complete interior including garage with selected colors. $2100.00. The nature of the dispute is the quality of the material, workmanship, lack of professionalism cleaning up the work space and possible theft of my *** cord that was still in brand new wrapper on my daughter's middle shelf. My home was never prepped before the painting happened. The Windows and cracks in the walls were never sealed. There are inconsistencies in color. The business has tried to resolve the issue, by trying to paint spots, and clean up areas, but they still have not addressed all the issues. I still have paint on my floors, carpet, exterior floor with paint and stucco and multiples cigarette butts. On October 25, Gary wrote, "im going to send cam out there  but im not going to keep doing this with you going out every week !  ive been out their a few  times now to paint over grey paint someone else put on the wall  food that was splattered on the wall  my guy was their and you had the chance   to go over things you saw their  so he could fix them,... the little outside spots you have in your photo is clearly where something was dragged across the new paint , same with the corner its a chip from someone hitting it on the corner." I didn't apply different paint or food to the walls. The walls are not white. It's a cream color, because the color under it is tan. The paint outside is flaking and peeling off. I've addressed this issue with Cam, but the paint is not staying on the walls. If you rub up on the paint, the spot turns tan. I don't know how to address these issues.

  Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/12/09) */ ***Document attached*** hi gary g******* all valley painting returning a response , ive been out to ***** house over 14 times after we were done he removed tile on roof and roofers when they removed tile left nail holes everywhere on stucco we went out and fixed it even thought wasnt in bid after the fact also he was seeing holes that weren't there that was look of stucco. on inside of house we would leave and then i would get a call paint on carpet was not from us but we went to correct it also we sprayed the house but there were roller ***** and he even said he tried to touch stuff up and didnt do it right so we went out again being nice to fix it , we went out on the 4th and the 1st of dec and were there for over 6 hours fixing things that did not exist to make him happy when he signed paper attached for release of work as i new there will be more ..thankfully the contractors board will be going out to see workmanship as ive tried to get them out there for last month because he was so bad . we went one day the next day there were feet ***** all over the wall i told him to stop the kids from putting feet on walls he said it was him ,i dont go back for dirt or scratches in which paint gets scratched and he sends a photo paint does not jump off the wall we sprayed the house and then went back and re rolled walls he saw things on but we told him and the ********** rep told him he was seeing shadows or texture that doesnt match inconsistency's in walls as the house is 30 years old this guy takes 22 medications a day and sees things that dont exist and we have tried to appease this guy to no avail ive had the **** rep for all the ************** go out to his house as well and said the same thing guys seeing shadows and old texture on house , i had **** sign a release last time i was out saying everything was fine then the next day after he was fine he used profanity and described me as a snake which is slander and if he persists i will sue him for slanderous remarks ive been a contractor in nevada for 30 years with no issues but you cant fix broken and this guy has metal issues , the contractor board will go out cause thankfully they contacted them and make the determination if anything was done wrong ,as i said this guy wont ever be happy there's red pomegranate spray on walls we just did the day before his response it comes right off with a sponge well it does not it will stain the wall ,this was not a life long project its paint ! the guy from ********** even gave him his card and he wished he never did as he is being tortured daily from this man anyway feel free to call me ********** love to go out there with you and show you quality of my work but contractor board will do that ,oh and by the way the guy says he saw 2 things in his bath and i had someone scheduled to go today as it was a 1 minute fix if it was true to make him happy but after getting his text message im dont let the contractors board get involved as there are no issues with my job except and damage he's causing after the fact like scratching the wall and sending me a photo saying the paint fell off , no not happening that way but we tried pleasing this man ..attaching release from him that all's good after spending 4 hours chasing ghosts on the 4th and his text message after i said ill go by for his easy fix , all done thanks for hearing ,lets go out to his house though im ready sincerely gary g******* all valley painting llc
