      Everyone was friendly and worked with helping me select an RV that worked for me. CJ was the first person I met. Everyone made feel welcome and comfortable. I liked not feeling pressured to buy anything right away. After having my RV for 2 weeks, one of the lighting assemblies was flickering. They ordered a new one for me and told me how to install the new one. All of you are amazing. Thank you.

      I really was very happy with the incredible job everyone did. I bought my first travel trailer and was met with incredible friendliness from the entire staff. From day one I felt like I was part of the family! I never felt pressured or rushed and everything just fell into place and it wouldn't have been so quick and easy without all their patience and being on the ball. I will recommend Johnnie Walker to anyone I come across, looking for an RV.

      We recently purchased our RV here and had a great experience with the whole team- especially Robo, our sales rep. All were attentive, knowledgeable and available with support and guidance throughout. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly and satisfactorily addressed.       Absolutely the BEST RV SERVICE Ever! I am from North Carolina... have had RV's all of my adult life. Just moved to Las Vegas... Tried that "BLUE" dealer - Stayed clear of the CW, as they are horrible - Been there done that... Then i found Johnnie Walker RV. I was amazed how much they care. Price was fair, repairs were done right and quick! Highly Recommend and will be back if I need anything RV related!

      Very nice customer service lounge and dog area. I’m very disappointed in the work. The first visit was inspect to write for the insurance turned off my Master switch and I have a residential refrigerator which shut that down for 4 1/2 hours in their shop and another couple hours before I realize the switch was off, ruined all my food with no offer of replacement. The second visit after parts got received my Coach was plugged in the whole time, I was extremely grateful. When I asked if footing on my level Was taken off Loctite added, they said no. As my experience with having a previous level replaced, It vibrated loose and fell off the interstate. When I reached out to the company, they asked me if it was put on with Loctite so I was definitely experienced with having the other one replaced a year later. So right, where my coach was parked the mechanic came out took the footing off used red lock tight instead of blue as level requires. Carbon monoxide monitor was replaced Trim was pulled off and replaced with nails that came through on the other side of the wall panel above my fireplace. Extension cord they used was thrown on top of my cords with grease all over it and left. When I pulled it out grease was all over everything. Extremely disappointed in the quality of work and lack of professionalism in the shop. Service manager was awesome. He went above and beyond to make sure I could get in as I’m a full-time RV. Made sure everything got done.

      Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. After reviewing your service stay with us, it’s unfortunate that your experience left you dissatisfied. As a personal referral from your brother, to our shop foreman, we really tried to make your service visit a positive one.

      Cole, the service adviser, actually reduced the cost to you for the diagnostics by $268.50, as a courtesy on  your service bill. I also understand that Cole and our shop foreman stayed afterhours to make adjustments to items that were not listed on your service ticket in order to get you out and on the road.  I understand there has been some conflicts on what was and was not done with your motorhome and I wish that you had trust in Johnnie Walker RVs as so many of our other service customers do. Our technician states that the fireplace was never removed and the surge protector was never used.  We have certain policies in regards to this. 

      We have normally have 120-150 service appointments a month that entail15-20 item repair lists, and I am happy to state that this is our 1st negative BBB service review and it is truly sad that a referral customer was not happy and satisfied. 

      Again we are sorry and wish we could have made you a happy service customer, and will definitely use this review as a reminder to help improve our service in the future.

      Contacted Ray, very helpful to get the fireplace trimming fixed. The 200+ they gave me off of the service fee. Didn’t no use for me for the damage food since I had to pay the $500 deductible anyways. The only way it helped was the overall bill going to the insurance, I will resubmit a comment after things are fixed on May 1
