We purchased 3 rolling shades from Vegas Rolling ********************************************* Shades Total cost of $9,608.32, deposit $4,804.16 with ******************************* phone************. Purchase July 21, 2022. I was informed ETA was 3 months. October 24th shades not ready. November 18th installation promised. not done. Dec 6, 2022. Holiday they would be closed. confirmed install date on Jan 5th. Jan 4th, 2023 ******** texted he was out of the country with family issues. January 27th still out of country. January 28th ******** said March 1st for new schedule install. February 27th, we checked back in with ********, and he is running late with installation at another site because of bad weather. From this day till 1st week of April 2023, the installation/delivery date got delayed and pushed out via text and phone calls several times with the same running around excuses. We requested pictures of our product, and he sent a picture of some boxes that were in a parking lot and said it was ours. I asked for a picture of the label, but he would not reply. This was the last we heard from him. We finally called ******* Rolling ******************************** on April 11, they confirmed that our order was never placed. They said the last time a new product was shipped to Vegas Rolling ********************************************* Shades (*******************************) was in March 2022. I texted ******** with this information and called him, asking for a full refund, but from this time on, ******************************* is radio silent. ******************************* uses the address ************************************************************* ****** ***** as his home address. He told ** he uses this place as storage for the rolling shades. This address appears to be his mothers address. ******************************* operates out of a front-end store Vegas Rolling ********************************************* Shades, **** ********** Suite 15 Las Vegas, ** *****, ************. After requesting our money back, ******** cell phone# ************ is no longer in service. We would like a full refund, due to the contract being invalid, null & void.Initial Complaint

We purchased 3 rolling shades from this company with a total cost of $6,247.89 and a deposit of $3,675.23. At the time of purchase date April 5, ********************************* 14 weeks. I called July 8th for an update and was told the product would be here in August. I called again in August, was told September. Again in September was told October. Called again in October but unfortunately they were not taking any calls. I tried several times calling with no response. I finally sent an email and they returned a response saying they were having trouble with getting the parts and that we were not the only ones this was happening to. They told us to have patients. I stated that i would like a refund & was told all sales are final, (which was stated on the form we signed). I called yesterday and they are still not taking phone calls. At this point we would like a full refund since we consider the contract null & void.
