I hosted a party for my son on August the 11th. Around 6:30pm another group of kids pushed one of the kids that was attending my party the manager instead of defusing the situation kicked out all my party then got my elderly fathers face. All the employes got around us and tried to fight us. I had ******************** Brokers, respectable indivuals. After they followed us to the parking lot trying to fight us. They started throwing stuff to my vechile saying you think your all that in your Maserati b**** and this is the manager that got in my face trying to pull my hair. I had never had such a thing happen to me. I need help on how to go about this. Please help young kids that act in such matter should not be in such positiok of athority.Initial Complaint

I booked a party at skyzone. I was told if only 10 show up versus the 15 I would be refunded the other 5. Now Im told no refund. I do not like being lied to as I was told that when I booked the party. Also my host of the party did not even get the manager when I asked to speak to one. I had to pour drinks. Ask to have my childs name written on the chalk board for the party. I like transparency not being lied too. It was not a good experience at all.Initial Complaint

On January 21 2024 around 2:10 pm at sky zone my five year old was was in a small pit with just him and my 10 year old cousin they where playing I was there supervision we had no worker by us at all they where on the opposite side of us and this kid who was about 6 or 7 years old running and climbing up railings he wasnt supposed to be climbing and just shortly I looked around just for a second and looked back at my son and cousin this kid came jumping off the high end of the pit my son was playing in and jumped right on to my sons leg my son was on his back on the trampoline screaming holding his leg up I couldnt go on there to grab him because I didnt have the sky zone socks on so I was telling my cousin to carry him off and to me I got ahold of him and he could not move with out screaming the boy who was jumped on him kept jumping and ran to the other side none of the workers was to be found so I carried him on the other side to a bench and a employee a girl saw me with him while hes crying and she asked me if he was ok I sad no that kid jumped on him and she asked if I can point him out and he was running around us and I pointed him out to her and she said *** we told him to stop doing this and stop doing that so I said where is his parents she ****** she didnt know so I said thats not good for you guyz not to know my son is badly hurt all she could say is she apologize and that she can offer an ice pack They didnt even call the ambulance for me or find the parents of the child try just offered an ice pack I had my other family member carry him to my truck so I can take him up to the hospital.The hospital had takin xray the doctor came back with results and his leg was broken they had put a temporary split on till he had to go to a specialist to be cast up and he is whiled chaired and hasnt been in school since and as for his school they gave him 20 days and they were going to withdraw him name from school.my son has 4 weeks in a cast and wheelchair.Initial Complaint

Sky **** has continued to charge me for a monthly membership that I requested to be cancelled in December 2022 with their management.I have been charged $37.99 since January ****************************************** had a resolution. I purchased the membership under my name and had a child (12 years old) with whom I would bring to this location. They stated that they incorrectly filed the membership under her name, *******************, even though the credit card is under my name and she is not of age to purchase the membership.It honestly seems fraudulent and this has been an ongoing issue. I have gone in person to speak to management four times and am in an email thread with their resolution center. There is still no solution and I am still getting charged. I just want to be reimbursed for all of 2023 and stop having my credit card charged for a service that I am not using.Thank youInitial Complaint

Hello,
My name is *************************. I am the brand new General Manager (5/20/23) to **************. Honestly, I cannot speak to this woman's experience, but I have tried to reach out for more details and to speak to her about making it right. I have not heard back yet. What I can say is that we are working very hard to improve ourselves for the betterment of ourselves, the company and most importantly, our guests.

I am rejecting this response because: I've not only called but have sent multiple emails with pictures, I payed for a private party room that I never got to even see because there was no one available to assist the staff was overwhelmed and understaffed. I just ask that yourefunf me for not being able to provide what your party package promised and ruining my daughters Birthday celebration.
