I was sold a vehicle (2013 Cadillac SRX) that isnt in my possession. I was told that the radio needed to be fixed and as of 5/16/2024, it still hasnt been fixed. I was repeatedly told that it would be fixed but the date kept on being moved. I would discover that the shop (Ultimate Auto Sales And Repair) who was fixing the vehicle told me that the dealer was only buying remanufactured or refurbished parts when they need new parts to have the radio fixed. I am still currently waiting for my vehicle (6/8/24)Business response

We have fulfilled all our obligations to the customer. We replaced the radio, the customer knowingly bought the vehicle without the radio. we provided a loaner vehicle while we outsourced the radio replacement. We replaced the radio and the customer was happy if any further issues please let us know.
