On July 15, 2022 I interred a contract with H&H Pro Coatings for them to refinish by driveway and walkways with the same coating used on garage floors. I was assured by **** the owner of the company that it would last 10 years. This is my mother's house, she is 93 years old, and she had been painting the driveway for years. The paint was chipping and looked bad. She takes a lot of pride in her home and I was looking to have the driveway refinished with something that would look good for the rest of her life so we wouldn't have to worry about it again. I myself am 73 years old so I don't have the ability to spend a lot of energy or time on the driveway. Less than a year after the job was done I noticed chips in the finish and the clear coat started flaking off. At this point the clear coat is almost completely gone. I contacted **** a couple of months ago to ask him to come out and take a look. I was informed by him that they were not working at the time and he would call me a month from then. I called him today and asked him and not his son's to come take a look at the job and he hung up on me. Due to ****'s attitude and behavior towards me I don't see how we can work this out, and considering the fact that the whole job will have to be redone I want a refund of my money.
