The quality of service you get as a patient on the Weekend is poor quality. During the week, it was high quality but it is like the weekend crew/staff are lazy and do not want to do the duties/responsibilities that they should do but will not do. I was so relieved I was discharged on Monday. I ended up pulling a muscle in my lower back during the weekend for lack of proper care. I had surgery so I needed a little help but could not get it. Once again this was due to the weekend staff not the staff during the week.

Won't let you make an appointment with your PCP. Tries to send you to ER or urgent care for more money. This place is a scam.

Me and my Wife had gone in to this urgent care because it was the closest to our home. She was dealing with some serious medical issues and we had waited in the waiting room setting up for the visit. Being that we had no insurance at the time we were scared of what the price would be for this visit. They had us provide a card for payment and two minutes after processing the payment they had said they will not be seeing us do to the issues we were dealing with. It was unfortunate and they recommended going to the Emergency room (which we did). They mentioned to us as we were leaving make sure you stick around to get a refund on the $145 we paid to get seen. After not seeing us and making us stick around for another 10 minutes to have them process the refund they said you will receive your money back in ***** hours. We left thinking okay let's do what they said and go to the *** Time was of the essence but with all of our medical bills we were tight for money. After 4 days we had not received our money back. I called their billing department to see what was going on and we were told they did not process the refund. I would go to any urgent care in the area around them there are a lot that are much more helpful and true to their word. I am leaving this review so others don't run into this trap. I never thought I would experience a bate and switch at a urgent care but that is exactly what we experienced. I am just sad that people that work in the medical field will try to take advantage of people like this. Reknown has an urgent care less then a mile away from this location you should take the extra 5 minute drive to secure your peace of mind.

Good luck making an appointment at St ****** Medical Group!!! I was on hold for over an hour, then called back and left my number to be next in line for a callback 4 Flippin HOURS AGO!!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!! MY CHART doesn't let me do anything!!!! What the h*** is wrong with this HOSPITAL????? NO WONDER I'M CRAZY!!!
