I placed an order via their website, 9/15/2024 ,one payment type was ZELLE. they told me the $250 paid for 2 Honda door panel would cover shipping cost. The panels shipped 9/16 from Reno NV with their carrier Sino Trans Cargo. I received an email from the carrier telling me my shipment was be held until I pay $350 interstate custom duty fee. I was NEVER told there would be such a fee. I reached out to the carrier and explained that I wasn't paying the fee because the seller never told me. We both have been trying to contact the seller and no one will respond. I told the seller I will be contacting my bank filing a complaint I was scammed. i'm confused why I must pay the duty fee if this shipped from NevadaInitial Complaint

purchase from website, then got text message to send payments via paypal. paid $700.. they adv using family friends to avoid fees then they used a shipping company called Fastline Cargo. wanting $250.00 they then text me for additional funds needed for insurance and shipping now no contact. no refund. website is down.
