      I bought a filter for a range hood and it is not the filter I needed, I wanted to change it for the one that costs the same. But the store told me that the return policy does not accept that product back, when their return policy says the opposite. This does not align with your refund policy and it is misleading when the description includes a return policy clause and the return policy contradicts the post. The clause is not in the return policy. This is a way to deceive consumers in order to sell, since no one is going to buy something that cannot be returned.

      We ordered refrigerator and a dishwasher from the Range Hood Store the beginning of September. It was delivered and we had our contractor install it the same day it came in. We saw the reviews online on the website and thought we were ordering a good product. Came to find out that IF YOU LEAVE A BAD REVIEW, THEY WILL REMOVE IT. This is why all of their reviews are good. The ice maker has not worked since day one and two of the handles that we ordered don't stay on. I started calling and emailing the day after installation. No one picks up the phone and if you ask them to call you back, they will not. After being on hold for about 30 minutes you will get a message to email them at contact at therangehoodstore.com. After about a week of calling and emailing I finally had a response to send them a picture of the problem. How do you send them a picture of the ice maker not making ice? Or how do you send a picture of the handles not staying on? I did what they asked and they send me a general email giving me instructions on how to troubleshoot it. Still did not work.I finally got someone to call me back and she was able to send new door handles. But the ice maker situation has still not been resolved and we are in the middle of October. The part was back ordered. I just received it and they had ***** come out and replace it. It's still not working. They told me they will not return it, they don't take returns just an exchange. This is where it gets good....she said I HAD TO ******************, DRIVE IT TO FED EX AND SHIP IT BACK TO THEM. SERIOUSLY!!!! They have HORRIBLE customer service!!! They will be polite and help when you're placing your order but don't call with a complaint. The refrigerator was $4000! That's not cheap! I just want a working fridge.

      I ordered a range hood from the website. I was looking for a white range hood. After finding something online I order the range hood expecting it to be like the one online. But I received a range hood that is half white and have stainless steel. Doesn't look like the one online. I requested a return so I can order one that is 100% white, but now they want me to pay to return a order.

      I found the stove would not work for my kitchen. I was changed $150 to return it and it was never even removed from the box.
