    This review is about Culligan Water/Red Rock Spring Water in Sparks. Culligan bought Red Rock Water in January and immediately destroyed a fine business that had been run by ethical people. I am older and can no longer lift the heavy 3- and 5-gallon bottles and decided to have a water purification system installed in my house. Starting in January, Culligan was not delivering the bottles I put out for collection every month: they'd leave 5-gallon bottles when I specifically asked for 3's, or leave a bunch of threes when I had called the office and ordered 5's. They always seemed to "run out" of what I needed and ordered ahead of time. They changed the delivery days without warning and the entire business was untenable. The office told me that, when I returned the 7 empties, I could have the credit of $56 dollars returned, which is a common practice in this business. After they picked up the empties in July there was no refund. I called several times, my calls weren't returned or I was outright lied to. Finally I had had it and gave them a credit card to credit with the $56 since that's the only way, they claimed, that they refunded deposits. It was a Friday; I was told it would be in my bank account just as soon as the bank completed the transaction. 4 weeks later I called and demanded my refund. I was told that it had "all worked out" and that I didn't owe them any money and they didn't owe me any money! I have been a customer of Red Rock ******************** for 7-8 years and NEVER had any problems dealing with them. Now they don't owe me any money?? I've had enough of the lies and cheating I've been subjected to since Culligan bought out the business in January. The "girls" in the office are a nightmare of rudeness and dismissiveness and impossible to deal with. The office manager will not get on the phone; you have to email him. I have chosen to bypass him and to deal with the ** ****** of ******** Protection. Beware of this business; they are NOT ethical.
