            Business is not responding to or returning phone messages left with answering service, or contact forms online. I've also called and spoke to people who said they would return our call. So, I would like to file a complaint about them not returning phone messages. Business does not answer telephone: ###-###-####, but they do answer ###-###-####. I believe their old phone number is still listed Second, I'm not able to log on to their online portal. I'm not able to change my password. The online portal has a glitch that doesn't let a customer change their password. The page just keeps refreshing. When I called and asked for tech assistance, they said they don't have anyone and don't know how to help me. I need someone to help me change my password and log into my account. Third, I want to file a complaint that they have charged my credit card, without authorization. I have NEVER filled out the form authorizing charges to my credit card. When I called and spoke to someone, they said it rolled over from the previous company. However, when they first bought this company, they called me, repeatedly, asking me to fill out the credit card authorization form and said they had to have it. I never filled it out and now, all-of-a-sudden, they have my credit card number and are pushing charges through without my permission. They said I have to change the authorization, using the online portal, but I'm not able to get on to the online portal to delete the fraudulent authorization. I also want to complain about their snotty attitude and poor customer service over the telephone. Not pleasant, not helpful, unprofessional, uncaring. When I called their corporate headquarters for assistance, I was told that all inquiries and all complaints and all assistance must go through the local business. Corporate was not able to help me in any way. I am requesting someone, that knows what they are doing and can assist me with their online portal, contact me and get this resolved.

            This review is about Culligan Water/Red Rock Spring Water in Sparks. Culligan bought Red Rock Water in January and immediately destroyed a fine business that had been run by ethical people. I am older and can no longer lift the heavy 3- and 5-gallon bottles and decided to have a water purification system installed in my house. Starting in January, Culligan was not delivering the bottles I put out for collection every month: they'd leave 5-gallon bottles when I specifically asked for 3's, or leave a bunch of threes when I had called the office and ordered 5's. They always seemed to "run out" of what I needed and ordered ahead of time. They changed the delivery days without warning and the entire business was untenable. The office told me that, when I returned the 7 empties, I could have the credit of $56 dollars returned, which is a common practice in this business. After they picked up the empties in July there was no refund. I called several times, my calls weren't returned or I was outright lied to. Finally I had had it and gave them a credit card to credit with the $56 since that's the only way, they claimed, that they refunded deposits. It was a Friday; I was told it would be in my bank account just as soon as the bank completed the transaction. 4 weeks later I called and demanded my refund. I was told that it had "all worked out" and that I didn't owe them any money and they didn't owe me any money! I have been a customer of Red Rock ******************** for 7-8 years and NEVER had any problems dealing with them. Now they don't owe me any money?? I've had enough of the lies and cheating I've been subjected to since Culligan bought out the business in January. The "girls" in the office are a nightmare of rudeness and dismissiveness and impossible to deal with. The office manager will not get on the phone; you have to email him. I have chosen to bypass him and to deal with the ** ****** of ******** Protection. Beware of this business; they are NOT ethical.
