Made an order on Friday 9/6 @ 4:48pm and have sent several emails throughout the day on Sunday 9/8 to cancel the order. The reason for canceling now is because I just discovered all the negative reviews about 1)receiving a cheap plastic cover instead of "top grain leather" cover as advertised. 2)Average delivery time is over a month. 3) Made in ***** not in the ***. ****** sends numerous deceptive emails of fictional characters like "***"(supposed leather craftsman) "****" (supposed fulfillment manager) I want to cancel now since they haven't started on the order and primarily because 1) I spent $171 for top grain leather Bible Covers as advertised, not plastic covers! 2) the reviews show that refunds are not issued, so I wanted to prevent having to deal with that ****** . 3) They haven't started on the order so canceling the order should be no big deal right now. The way they run their business makes me believe they are a scam, positive reviews are bots and friends, *************** pretending to be a US leather manufacturer because of their deceptive emails, deceptive advertising, and refusal to cancel my order even though they lose nothing to do so at this time. They have gotten away with their deceptive practices in the past and they need to be stopped!Customer response

I purchased a Bible cover for my husbands birthday. It was $60. There was a buy one get one free offer so I also purchased one for myself. Plus paid for monograms and shipping insurance. Ordered Oct 5, not shipped until Oct 23. (After his birthday)His cover has a broken zipper. Both covers are POOR QUALITY. They offered to send a larger cover for his but the zipper was already broken and doesnt work even when its EMPTY. I am requesting a FULL REFUND. I was also told that it shipped out and arrived on previous date when it had not even been completed.Customer response

I told them I would accept a replacement if I was guaranteed 30 days to be sure it wouldnt also break I am not happy with the quality but wish to resolve the issue since it was a gift thank you

The amount for the Bible cover was $66.84. That includes taxes and shipping. It was received 9/15/23. It was immediately obvious that the zipper was broken and the overall appearance of the cover was very poor. It is made of a plastic (they call it faux leather, but it looked nothing like it) and looks like something you would find at the dollar store. We were offered the option of a replacement if we could send them a video of the zipper malfunctioning, something we are unable to do. The quality of the cover is so bad that we do not want a replacement or the 20% refund they offered. We want a full refund.Customer response
