Terrible customer service. They were a no show today. They decided to go to a different customer because their phone didn't work to confirm I was home. I called the office several times to report that I couldn't get through to the service guy phone to confirm I was home. Waited three days for them to come and now they want me to reschedule. I would not recommend this company.

I started with Crisafulli Bros in 2019 with a service contract for my furnace and my A/C. On July 2'nd 2024 their service representative came to service Our A/C. It was during an unusually hot period. The A/C seemed to be working fine. He told us we were very low on coolant and we would probably run out over the long weekend and he gave us 3 options for carrying us through the long weekend. The options were to put in 1, 2 or 3 pounds of dye and coolant each with a different price. We selected Number 2 and it cost $622.74. He said he would be back to check it for the leak and repair the next week. As of July 29th, we hadn't heard from anyone from Crisafulli Bros and our A/C was working fine. It made me wonder if there was anything wrong with the A/C at all. I'm writing this on the 25th of Sept and it's still working fine. In 2019 their service rep came to service our furnace and told us we needed a new furnace. We couldn't afford one then and took our chances that it would last through the winter. Since then, it has been serviced every year and no other service rep told us we needed a new furnace. It really does make you wonder.

The following letter was sent 6/25/24 - to date, no response: My current address has a greenhouse that had a gas heater, and it was malfunctioning. Service was requested with a technician advising that the same unit I had could be replaced. When he called in to confirm the service, he was advised that a salesman had to come to the house to review. The salesman Adam H******* shows up at the house and he advises that he needs another technician to come out to look at the proposed fix to the heater. He waited approximately 3 hours for another technician, who showed up and determined that the heater was “out of code”. 1. Why did 2 different technicians from the same company have conflicting recommendations? 2. The 2nd technician who made the determination that the heater was “out of code”, BUT his name is not documented anywhere. Please see the phone records, I have called multiple times. 3. I work from home, and it did not occur to salesman to have the technician introduced to me? His recommendation cost me $6900 as opposed to a gas replacement heater, which would be less. 4. The initial service visit was on 4/1 and it was finally installed on 4/12. I expressed concern to the salesman that snow was expected on 4/3 and I could not be without a heater. He provided a very small space heater that was meant for a bathroom or under a desk. 5. The last call I received was from a manager who advised he would investigate the situation and call me back. That was almost 8 weeks ago and still no callback! My latest issue is a shower that was installed in March 2022, costing $11,000. I used Crisafulli for both the plumbing and the electrical work. Yesterday the light fixture that was installed by your electrician fell out. Is that the expectation that a light fixture should fall out of the shower on a $11,000? The shower is deemed unusable until this is fixed.

Scam artists hands down, clearly they take advantage of the elderly, watch out if your parents say they called Crisafulli because they will be there in a flash ready to rob your family until you have nothing left. They have completed a bathroom remodel for us and was not happy with that experience either, this is just the nail in the coffin. If you're here prospecting different companies to call to do ANY work on your home Crisafulli Bros will be expensive(if not the most expensive), they will be fast(only reason for 1 star) but you will not get expensive work quality, its bottom of the barrel work quality and the crappy materials are upcharged into a morally questionable level.

I do not recommend doing any business with Crisafulli Brothers! The employees in the Albany area are NOT trained properly . Lack of technical skill and customer service. We purchased a heat pump with 5 zones and a tankless water heater for $22,391.00. The installation took place on January 17-21. 2022. We were told they install all year around and would set up a working tent outside for the installers if needed due to weather. We were also told it was fine to attach to house . First night we used it and there after it sounded like an airplane taking off in our bedroom and everything in the kitchen was shaking. After complaining they came back to "level" it and cross brace it onto our siding. They also used spray foam to help with noise. This DID NOT help . It only ruined our siding with the bracing. After discussing this with other Experts in this field we found out a unit this size should NEVER have been attached to the house! We spoke repeatedly to our salesperson Greg who we negotiated moving the unit to where it should have been placed originally. We agreed to pay 1500.00 to have it moved. ( big mistake) On our receipt it says "price per Marc" who we assumed was Gregs supervisor. We signed this agreement on 8-2-2022 so maybe we could use this system eventually. Spring of 2023 2 zones went out after a storm. It took forever to get people out to see what was wrong. Told we needed a new part for the outside unit , a panel blew. ONE YEAR later the part came in. May 28, 2024 two of the best installation guys came from the Glens Falls location ( I believe Crisafulli recently purchased this company) and guess what? We did not need any such part, the main unit was reinstalled to its correct spot incorrectly! Water had gotten in ( they used metal clamps on the wires and other things you should never do) These guys took 5 hours to straighten out the mess then completed our Red Carpet maintenance service plan which we also waited a year for them to do!

I never used Cristafulli Bros. service before;; so far they have proven to be professional, courteous, and a very reliable company! I had a plumbing issue and the technician who came to my home was thorough as he was determined to complete the job right with the best equipment. I would recommend the Cristafulli bros. company to others.

Crisafulli Bros Installed a new AC system for me. Everyone was great to deal with and I cant wait to use it this summer.
