I paid for an item several months ago and the store still has not provided the item to me. Their claim is the systems are down and they have no way to check my order status or give me a refund. They basically stole my money. They owe me approximately close to $150.00. Every time I speak with them they state to me they don’t know when the systems will be back up and running. It’s been several months. I would either like the item that i purchased or a refund.Business response
