  Hired this company to rap windows. After further inspection of the job I was seeing many gaps and just a crapy job. I filled out a survey and to my surprise I get a text from the owner. Tell me nobody will listen to me because of a brain injury I received from a fall 2 years ago. I told him I was going to hire a lawyer and his response was you don't even have a copy of the contract. After telling me that he's not he was no long going to speak with me I call the gentleman who said he'll be over to look at it. The gentleman shpw up and I pointed out my concerns. He said that they would return the next couple of days so far nothing back. Not looking for any money back just looking for them to make things right.   This is probably the most unique situation in all the years I've been doing this.  To start we do not have a contract with Mr. ********.  We have a contract with Mrs. ******* ******** who is an acquaintance of Mr. ********.  When Mrs. ******** called us she wanted us to deal with her directly because of Mr. ********'s disability from a brain injury.  Mr. ******** has no short term memory.  During the progress of the job Mr. ******** contacted us threatening us and verbally abusive because he was not happy with the way the job was done.  I had to explain to him we were half way through the project and the job was not finished.  He thought we were completely finished.  After I explained this to him he seemed satisfied until a few hours later when he contacted us being threatening and verbally abusive again.  He had forgotten that we communicated earlier.  After the job was complete he then contacted us again being threatening and verbally abusive because he said the job was not done and materials were left there.  He had forgotten that we finished the job and completely cleaned up.  He then contacts me days later saying the job looks great and now they would like to do the siding.  (see attached text screenshot)  A month goes by then out of the blue he contacts us again saying the job is not done and it looks horrible.  We will do anything in our power to make sure our customers are happy however at this point all we are simply asking is that we deal with Mrs. ******** who is the person we contracted with.

  Better Business Bureau:
  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

  This is ******* ******** ********  ****** ******** wife. We would like Mr G******** to come over and see the Finished Job and see what his opinion is. Brady came over and agreed that we have a legitimate concern.  Brady lead us to believe something would be done. To date, no response from BSR.
