Just went through the same thing at ****** *************. The business owner was furious. He said he's gone through this for the past five years and cannot get them to stop printing coupons without his permission. He very graciously gave us 20% off our bill, 2-1/2 times as much as the bogus coupon! I give this one star because I can't do any less and it won't let me do a review without leaving a star.Review from Rosalinda V

Today 4/9/24 I tried using the app for a buy one get one free “ love it” size , ice cream at **** ***** ******** ******* ***** ** ******* **** San Antonio Texas. They refused it and told me they only accepted coupons from their app.Review from Jill J

Never again will I buy these books. The businesses refuse to honor the coupons or the business is closed. Many of the coupons are for off the wall strange places that I would never eat at anyway (Indian, Ethiopian, or Middle Eastern). The books are thinner this year with fewer coupons than in year's past but the cost remains the same ($25).Review from Kent M

We signed up over a decade ago for advertising in the coupon book. I have tried to contact the company to opt out many times unsuccessfully. For the first time last year they emailed a proof to approve or amend. I switched an offer and changed the terms of another as times are different then in the early 2000’s when we signed up. They changed our offers to something completely different then I had set. They have also included us on the online coupons that we never agreed upon. I can not reach anyone with the company and when you utilize the “contact us” button you recieve an automated response that someone will follow up soon which never yet has happened.Review from Skylar R

Finally was excited to use a coupon at **** ****** in Tonawanda, NY only to find out there is “new ownership” and they don’t accept coupons anymore. What’s the point of a coupon book if the companies can refuse coupons??Review from John S

Ordered 3 2023 books in November 2022 for Christmas. They charged the credit card but the books are not sent. The UPS tracking number does not work or shows the books did not shipReview from Christopher P

Terrible company that does not wish to work with anyone. They sell these coupon books to school, but make it impossible for companies to opt out. They continue to use my logo for coupons after repeated attempts to ask them nicely to stop. DO NOT participate if you are a small business. Wish I would of check here first.Review from Rachel C

SaveAround printed a coupon for our business which no one knew about, and we can not get anyone to respond to us about removing or editing the coupon. No one knows who (if anyone) approved the coupon to be printed. If they would respond to us we would gladly participate, just need to change the offer to something we can honor. However due to their lack of response we will probably have to stop honoring the coupons completely which we hate to do. I would NEVER purchase a SaveAround book after this experience - who knows how many of the other businesses aren't aware or able to honor the coupons they're printing?
