Work was to be preformed Swap loader frame Replace rear boom cylinder All new oil/air filters change oct 16 and 26th he looked at machine. Nov 1st helped unload parts onto site maybe 1hr of work Nov 9th started to take apart loader frame and broke ignition for tractor and destroyed cylinder pin left hydrolic hoses open to elements causing contamination and left the bolts/nuts all over the machine/ground left engine cover off with intake open and all electeical components and took the loader cylinder off site without telling me. Asked to cover it was told it will be fine. Next 3 weeks was rain/snow into the engine bay/hydrolic hoses left. Austin then ghosted me and I had to call the locall sheriffs to call him and tell him he will be charged with a class 2 felony if he does not return my $2,000 worth of parts. This was on nov 23rd Same day the sheriffs called him he texted me back saying he misplaced my number aka BS He then told me he was trying to order a pin he messed up. I found the pin and ordered it. I asked if he wanted to finish the job he said yes (my stupid mistake) I then asked how much would the services be and was told 1200 plus parts. On nov 23rd Nov 28th i asked if he could finish the loader frame swap so i can put the machine into winter storage. I told him the machine needs to be together by dec 10th/11th Austin confirmed he could get the job done the weekend of 30 31st of dec Nov 30th austin swapped the frame over and never hooked up any of the hydrolics Dec 1st i told austin the last tilt cylinder pin would be here and the loader could be completed Dec 2nd austin told me he would have the loader frame completed that day. Austin then ghosted me an i did not hear from him so i got someone else to fix it. As of dec 29th he put a paper bill in my mailbox for 2,045.81 again friday feb 3rd he sent me another bill with late fees. The price isnt even the quoted price he gave me to have a completed machine let alone damages he caused.
