      Order Number: ************* Order Date and Time: 08/28/2024 11:25:53 PM Cost: $1,615.00 I received this item and had a professional ********* assist with the construction, so I know that it was built according to the instructions. However, the quality of the product is low. The most egregious complaint I have is that the loft simply does not feel safe - it sways significantly. I didn't even feel comfortable putting my body weight on it to test its weight capacity. I simply want a refund because I am completely disappointed with the product and contend that it does not fit the quality standards touted on their website. I called to discuss and to return the product. Jonah said to send pictures so that he can advise what additional pieces of wood to add to secure the structure. I don't want to add more pieces of wood. The website did not say this item would arrive incomplete and that I would have to add more wood to make it safe and secure. That is not what I purchased, I wanted a compete, high quality product and I did not receive one.Furthermore, when I called Jonah to request a refund, he hung up on me. He then repeated only "send us a picture" over and over again. I tried to ask a question to which he said, "If it's an intelligent question, not if it's a stupid question." I asked what evidence exactly does he want, that it sways? He then flat out called me an idiot. Plain and simple. I don't appreciate the aggressive and antagonistic method he goes about doing business. I want a full refund and the wood to be returned at the owners expense because I did not receive the product I was promised. The quality of the product is significantly lower than advertised. Because of the significant instability, I do not feel safe even testing the product. I simply want a refund, this whole experience has already been difficult enough.Also, I paid for expedited shipping, but was told I would be refunded because of a delay. I have not yet received my refund for that.

      This business is very comfortable wasting customers time, money, and effort. I ordered a loft bed from this company at the start of May, and was told it would take 5 to 6 weeks for the order to be manufactured and shipped. Seven weeks later I receive most of the bed, except there are some major issues with the product. They didnt ship the slats that the mattress rests on, so the bedframe was unusable as an actual bed. Even worse, the frame lacked many of the holes that were supposed to be drilled in them, which left the structure unstable and dangerous. Luckily I noticed this and fixed it by drilling the holes myself, but if I didnt catch that mistake it couldve collapsed, harming me and any property I would have underneath the bed. A few days later, they send a set of bed slats, but theyre the wrong size. Even though their policy on their website states that any defective parts will get an immediate replacement, they spent a week and a half trying to get me to spend my own time, money, and energy repackaging the incorrect slats, lugging them down my five floor ******, and over a few blocks to a ***** to ship them back. I finally convinced them to drop that ridiculous request after repeatedly pointing out that its against their policy, and they finally sent out a replacement more than two weeks after the bedframe arrived. The week the replacements were being shipped, there was a delay on the shipment, and I called Amazon (who was handling shipping) and **** who both told me that the delay will end once the company confirms some details with them. I told the company, but they refused to do anything, choosing to wait out the delay. An employee even LIED to me, saying she spoke to **** and that they have the package, even though I had just spoken to **** and they confirmed that it was not at any post office and was not in their custody at all. Because of this company, I have spent all month sleeping on the couch, unable to use my room or my mattress.

      I ordered a bed May 8th. I was told it would take five to six weeks. I still hadnt received the bed by June 17. I decided that I actually wanted to change the order and get a taller bed. I paid $100 to change the order. I received the bed July 14th and the order is I received is for the shorter bed. Theyve had my money for over 2 months and I have not been able to resolve my dispute. They only respond via email and will not take phone calls. Also Jonah is so hateful to deal with treating me with disrespect and a bad temper.

      Thank you for your order. I am sorry that it did not go as expected. You placed the order for the regular height bed then changed it to the extra tall legs. The message was sent to the factory but

      for some reason it did not get to the person making your bed. I do apologies for the error. New post where made for you are ready to ship when you cancelled the order and requested a return. 

      The return will be accepted and your account refunded. I do apologies for the error .

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

       You had my money from May 8th until now. You still have my money. I called several times. You refused to talk to me. The emails you sent were confusing. I emailed to make sure the correct bed would be sent. The response was that everything was fine. I drove yesterday to the factory in the Bronx which is in a driveway and attached looks very unsafe. I had to rent a ******** and take the bed back at my own expense. Even though you sent the entire wrong order and ignored my emails to ensure the correct order was coming. Whether or not I changed my order shouldnt make a difference because you refused to pay for me to return the bed. The entire return cost an extra ******. So the facts are that once you received my **** for the initial bed on May 8th you refused to communicate with me in any clear manner about when I would receive my bed. Any phone calls I made I was hung up on. The emails didnt do any good because I emailed to change my order and pay my extra 100 to change my order. Its not like I changed my order for free that still cost hard earned money. Plus when I called to make sure the correct bed would be sent emailed to make sure I was hung up on and the email I sent to ensure the correct legs would be sent just said wait until the I hear of delivery for **** I took off a day of work to receive the delivery and hired someone to help put the bed together. But the day of delivery I only received two packages not 3. So it was a waste of money again for me to take off work and hire someone when only two packages were given to *** in the first place. Then to have the wrong package show up. Then for you to force me to pay the entire cost for a uhaul to return the packages so I could get my **** dollars back! And its a day after I returned the packages and I havent yet received my full refund. I still have not gotten my money back!
